Samantha sat in one of the chairs in the headmasters office. So did James. They glared at each other one again. The tension between them was great that the furniture began to shake. The head master was of course busy with work. It was still in piles.
"Just a moment. Let me wrap this up."he says. Samantha glares at James and he does the same. It was hate at first sight. He finally finished up and walked over to the two angry wizards.
"Now. Why are you in my office?"he asks, looking at the slip of paper that came with them.
"Hmm. Sent here for disruption of class? Oh my my. This is a bit of a problem. The only thing I have to say to you two is that you shouldn't be angry at each other. The only thing we allow here is knowledge and magic. So no more yelling at each other in class for silly things. Now go back to your dorms. I have so much work to pick up on."he says.
Samantha sighs, walking out. She doesn't look behind herself at James. She just walks back to her dorm.
James follows her, somewhat jogging. He hesitates before speaking.
"S-samantha?"he asks, nervous. She stops at the door of the dorm."I told you.... call me Sam."she says, gripping the door knob with anger. He sighs.
"No I won't. You know why?!"he shouts, walking up to her.
She turns around, facing him with a mean look.
"Why?!"she shouts back. He sighs, taking her hand."Because you're name is beautiful... I won't call you anything else but Samantha."he says, kissing her hand gently. She yanks it away and runs into the dorm, closing the door behind her. She has a bright red face of embarrassment. She runs to her bed and flops on it, screaming into her pillow.
James sighs, walking to the boys dorm. It was lonely there. He sat on his black sheeted bed. Everything felt dark and hopeless. Something about Samantha made his heart feel happy though. He didn't know what to think of it.
"Darnniiitt...."he groaned, hugging his pillow. He teard up, crying into his pillow."What do I do. I don't know anything about girls." He mumbles.
"Do I love her or hate her? I can't choose.. She probably hates me....."he sighs, hugging his pillow tighter.
"Girls are so complicated. Beautiful....but complicated.."he says. Suddenly, the door opens and another student walks in. It was Daniel. He was another death wizard and a friend of James."Hey Jimbo! I got you today's homework!"he says, plopping down on his own bed, which was next to James.
James sighed, groaning into the pillow."Woah. You really hate that Samantha girl huh. I mean. She's pretty but I'm sure she's really rude."he says, getting out his books. James is silent, thinking about her deeply.
"Daniel....."he says. The other wizard looks up at him, confused.
"Yeah, dude?"he asks. James sighs, looking up."....I-....I think I love her.."
