1. Switch her grades to 99%.
2. Burn her books, then the whole library.
3. Insist her and Draco or Harry are adorable together.
4. Sit in the library's entrance and say 'I've been expecting you.' Use a spinning chair and Crookshanks or another cat if wanted for effect.
5. Give her a ferret enchanted to say 'Hermione loves Ferrets.' It should also be enchanted to wink and point at Draco.
6. Instead give her an animal, doesn't matter which one, enchanted to say 'Hermione loves Won Won.' (Bonus this also annoys Ron)
7. Give her a spell checking quill which is enchanted to spell her name in a variety of different ways such as Herminmonster, Herman, Hermama, Hermano etc (AVPS anyone?)
8. Compare her and other things to House Elf's.
9. Use Weasley Wizard Wheezes in the common room.
10. Draw moustaches in sharpie on her when she's sleeping.
