"Allen come on!" A lovely female voice called. Laughing rang through my dark dream as Lenalee called my name.

"Timothy slow down!" The accent to that voice belonged to my dear friend Krory.

"No way Krory! This is too much fun!" Timothy called back. There was a distant holler of fear coming from an elder female, along with a 'thump'!

"Miranda?! Are you okay?" Lenalee asked quickly. There were rushed footsteps along what seemed like grass.

"A-ah yes, I just tripped." Miranda laughed uneasily. I heard rustling meaning Lenalee was helping her stand.

"Lenalee, Krory, Timothy, Miranda, Yu-Chan, Moyashi-Chan! Dinners ready!" That was Lavis voice!

"Don't call me that!" "My names Allen!" I heard my voice and Kandas yell. Lavi screamed as if running away from Kanda chasing him with Mugen.

"Mama mama!" Shivers ran across my skin, that voice again. 'Papa come play with me!' Was that...?

"I'm coming baby girl I'm coming. Let's go eat." My voice rang as if it was a forever echo. That was the last thing I heard before darting awake. I blinked clearing away the bright light that shone into the room. My head was painfully throbbing with a headache, and my stomach was growling like a motor of a tractor was inside me.

"My...my old room?" I looked around seeing that it was the same as how I left it many years ago. I turned my head as I heard voices coming from the room over, it was the kitchen.

Pushing myself into a sitting up position, I called for my boyfriend. "Kanda?" I threw back the sheets and swung my legs over the bed.

I heard a push of a chair and those lovely heavy footsteps. Kanda opened the door with eyes filled with relief. "You're awake. How do you feel?" He walked over leaving the door open. Past him I was able to see Bookman, Barba, and Mother.

"I have a killer headache and I'm absolutely starving. What did I miss?" My voice was in a low tone to keep the throbbing in my head down.

"We told Barba and Mother everything, and they will let us stay here for the time being." Kanda sat on the bed beside me and pressed his palm against my forehead. "You're a little hot."

I leaned into his cool touch. "I just need to eat something." I whimpered in my head as Kanda pulled his hand away. He stood up and held his hand out allowing me to grab it. He hoisted me onto my feet and let me stabilize before we walked to the kitchen.

"Hello Mother, it's been a long time." I smiled as Kanda pulled out a chair from across her. I sat down and laid my arms across the table. Barba sat next to Mother while Bookman sat on my right side. Kanda sat to my left as Barba got up to grab us all some food.

"Good evening Allen. I have heard everything from these two. First, I am sorry to hear about your predicament. But second, my house has, and will always be open to you. Feel free to stay and visit as much as you would like. Kanda mentioned you may be staying in this ark of yours which may be better. The Order could track you down here some day so if that happens it's best you stay in the ark." Mother looked the same as always. For an older lady, she had long chestnut colored hair. She wore a lovely purple attire, and she always loved to smoke.
