I just dropped Xavier off and was shopping for a birthday gift for him, when I ran into someone I thought I would never see in a million years. Roc.

Ari: "Roc? Is that you?"

Roc: "Ari? OH MY GOD! Look at you!"

Ari: *hugs him tightly* "I've missed you so much!"

Roc: "Ari I just wanted to say that I'm still sorry about what happened five years ago..."

Ari: "Roc it's okay, don't worry about it. It's already over with and done, there using anything we can do now. I forgave you a long time ago."

Roc: "You sure? Who are you shopping for?"

Ari: "Um my kid, or I should say our kid."

Roc: "Oh yeah, would you mind if I seen him?"

Ari: "Oh um actually he's not with me, he's at my grandma's house. she watches him while I'm working. He's having a birthday party on Saturday if you want to come."

Roc: "Oh well um, I don't know if I can make it. I do t really know where you live at."

Ari: "Roc I live right down the street from where we used to live."

Roc: "How cone you never left?"

Ari: "Roc do you want to go get some coffee and talk? It'll be a lot easier."

Roc: "Okay."

I bought Xavier his birthday gift and walked a couple of places down to the coffee shop. After we got our order we sat down and Roc started asking me questions.

Roc: "Ari how come you never left?"
