Liza POV: It's been about a week since the whole outburst with my parents, I'm over it, I've just accepted that they're out of my life and I'm out of theirs. I have David, my friends, and I'm going to have a kid before long, and really that's all I need. Today David and I are going to a doctors appointment to check on the baby, I barely even have a bump, so it's nice to actually get the pictures back, since it's hard to tell there's even a baby in there.😂
David POV: We get to Liza's appointment right on time, and they take us right back to the room. Liza always gets nervous at doctors appointments, even if it's only a routine checkup, so she always wants me as close to her as possible. I pull up a chair next to her head and grab her hand. About 5 minutes later the doctor comes in and says "Hello, hello! How are y'all today?" "Good." We replied. "I'm glad." said the doctor, then she lifted up Liza's shirt, she barely has a bump, and put the gel on it, then moved the wand around. " Okayyyy...sooooo...here's the baby's hand, oh, and there's its cute little face! " she said while snapping pictures. After about 10 minutes we were done, she wiped the gel off of Liza, and then she said, "Have y'all started discussing the different birthing options yet?" " Oh, um not yet." Said Liza. "Ok, that's completely fine, but you may want to start discussing that." "Ok, thank you." We said, then grabbed our pictures and left.
Liza POV: We are on our way to Kristen and Scott's house to see Liam. On our way I ask David, "So, what do you want to do about the birthing situation?" "I don't know, what do you want to do?" He asked me. "Honestly, I kind of wanted to do it like Kristen did, I want to do it at home all natural and stuff." "Really? But won't that like hurt?" He asked me. "It's going to hurt either way" I said with a laugh. "But as long as you're with me, I'll be fine." "Ok, are you sure I just want to make you as comfortable as possible. Are you sure you want to do it at home, and not the hospital?" "No, I'd feel way more comfortable at home, you know how much doctors offices and hospitals scare me." "Ok then, we'll do it at home." He said with a smile, and kissed my hand.
David POV: We get to Kristen and Scott's house, and the whole time we're there I was just admiring how cute their baby was, and how much Liza loved kids. She kept talking to him in a cute little baby voice and making him smile, "she's a natural" I thought. Then I got to hold Liam for a while, as I held Liam in my arms, Liza put her head on my shoulder and played with his little fingers. I started crying, thinking about how happy I was to be with Liza, and how happy I was that she was having my kid, I couldn't ask for anything better.
Sorry it was kind of short and boring. Anyways, we decided to leave a day early for vacation, so we are actually leaving tomorrow, so this may be my last update for a while, so sorry guys. Maybe I'll try and update one more time tomorrow, but I can't make any promises.🙁 Also, I just realized I never addressed this, but...THANK YOU FOR 1k READS!!
