Spring Fling

"Dean get back here!" Alice yelled as Dean ran through the field of perfectly cut grass.
"Why are you only chasing me? Chase Cody too!" Dean yelled back turning his head to see Alice catching up to him.
"I am to fast for her that's why" Cody said keeping his distance from Alice
"Gotcha!" Alice said as she touched Deans shoulder.

"Cody, Dean I think we ran to far from the farm" Alice said looking around, worried
"Race you back!" Cody yelled and started to run. Dean and Alice glanced at each other breathing heavily both challenging the other to run after him. Alice looked back at Cody and ran after him leaving Dean behind.
"Hey! No fair!" Dean said as he ran after them

"FIRST!" Alice said
"Second?!?" Cody said
"See I knew I could run fast enough" Alice said breathing heavily.
"Where's Dean?" Alice asked Cody
"He's really slow so this might take a while" Cody said sitting down on the grass wire a smirk on his face
"Oh come on don't be mean" Alice said "see there he is" she said pointing at him. "Why am I the slow one" Dean said. "At least Alice is faster then you bro"
"The sun was in my eyes that time" Cody said assuming that was the perfect excuse. Dean just rolled his eyes and sat down beside Cody on the grass.
"If the sun was in your eyes that time we should do a rematch." Alice said politely.
"No,No its okay" Cody said putting his head down on the grass with both his hands under his head. Dean laid down on the grass too with one of his hands under his head. Alice layed down with both her hands on her stomach and her head on Dean's arm.
"Ahh" Alice sighed in relief.
"Hey guys, you know what... Sabrina asked me to the spring fling." Alice sat up looking at Dean "really?  Congrats!well I guess that solves it me and Cody are going together" she said reaching out to high five Cody. He slipped his left hand out from under his head and slapped it. Alice layed back down.
"I still don't think it's fair that you always have to wait and see who gets asked to dances first between me and Cody" Dean said "I mean how much guys have you turned down?"
"Five" Alice said thinking about which ones asked her.
"Five! That's a new record!" Cody said.
"It's not that I don't like them I just only, really trust you guys" Alice said
"Well I didn't say yes" Dean said with a blank expression on his face.

This time Alice and Cody both sat up!
"Why" Cody asked.
"It's just that i don't want to go without Alice.  I mean I went with her the past few years" Dean said sitting up, looking ambarrsed.
"Aww" Alice  said hugging Dean and then letting go "Don't worry Dean, I am still going to be there. Don't let me hold you back trust me you won't regret going with Sabrina. She's an amazing girl!" Alice said smiling.
"Yeah bro you got this and I think it would be amazing to go with Alice this time" Cody said smiling at Alice.
"Thanks guys!" Dean said "Your the best"
