Chapter 10.

Yazmin

I walked downstairs with Jason and Lucas following behind me and seen my uncle with two police officers. I was scared I'm not gonna lie.

"Are you Yazmin Banks?" one officer said

"Um yes..."

"Is this your uncle?"

"Yes..."

"Well he's your legal guardian since your aunt has been arrested so you have to go with him"

I looked at Dwyane and he looked at me biting his lip and smiling.

"Um...can I talk to you for a second?" I asked one of the officers.

Two officers were male and the other was female so maybe talking to the female officer was my way to get out of this.

"Sure but please make it quick"

"Alone....?" I asked

She sighed and stepped to the side with me.

"Well....um....my uncle...my aunt isn't the one who's been abusing me...it's been my uncle the whole time"

"Well your uncle has been pressing charges and filing complaints against her for a while now"

"Well he's lying to y'all please believe me" I started tearing up.

She sighed. "I'll look into it for you but for now you have to stay with Dwyane"

"But I can't"

"Yazmin until I look into this your have to stay with him because he is your legal guardian as of right now"

".....ok"

She walked me to Dwyane's car while the male officers went upstairs and got all my stuff.

I just wanted to cry so bad right now.

I looked at Lucas out the window and seen him and Jason arguing with the other officers.

I got out the car and went to hug Lucas but one of the male officers stepped in from of me holding me back.

Jason

Me and Lucas was arguing with the officers about them taking Yazmin but I seen Yazmin get out the car to hug Lucas but one of them bitch ass officers was holding her back. I turned him around and punched the shit out of him.

"Don't fucking touch my sister like that!"

Then the officer pushed me and tackled me to the ground while Lucas started punching him and one of the officers pulled a taser out on me and tazed shit out of me.

Yazmin

I seen the officer pull out a tazer and started tazing Jason and I started crying. Then Lucas tried getting the officer off him while the other off of him. The officer that was on Jason kept tazing him.

"Stop!" I screamed

"Stop resisting!" The officer screamed at Jason.

"he's not!" I said

I looked over and seen Lady crying.

Then the officer on Jason pulled out a gun and shot him then stood up.

"Oh my God!" I yelled.

"What the hell did you do?!" Lady said.

"I thought he had a gun!" The officer said

"How?!" I yelled

Lucas tried to get up but the officer held him down until another cop came in the house. I guess it was backup.

Then the backup officer tazed Lucas to keep him down but he wasn't even moving.

"Jason wake up!!" I said

he wasn't moving.

"Can somebody help him!!" I heard Lady say.

The female officer wouldn't let me go in the house. She took me back to the car and put me in and Dwyane pulled off.

Dwyane was just enjoying every minute of this. It made my blood boil.

We pulled up to the houses a few minutes later.

"So how does it feel to be back home?" he asked smiling at me.

I ignored him and went into house slamming the door.

"Stop slamming my fucking doors hoe!" he got in my face.

"I'm not a hoe and this is NOT your house!" I got in his face.

"Who the fuck you talkin to?!" he smacked me and I fell to the ground. "Now get the fuck up and go wash ya stank ass and go to bed!" he yelled at me.

I got up and did as told. Io just really wanted my aunt back.

Lady

Yazmin's uncle took her home and it had been almost an hour and Jason was still on the ground bloody. They won't even let me touch him. Lucas was put in handcuffs and every time he's try and get up, they would taze him. They kept saying he was resisting and his story him just getting out of a coma I don't think his body could take any more.

I just cried. I hope Jason wasn't dead just laying there. I hope Lucas was ok. I hope Yazmin was ok with her uncle by herself. I just wanted everything to be normal again.
