Wow - it's been so amazing to see all the entries! We can definitely see the passion for writing in EVERYONE! The entries were so well done, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to shine in this. Never, in all the entries so far, have we seen the passion and thoroughness of the entries!

There is so much talent in all of you, we seriously want to tell you that!

We just have two particular people who stood out in the whole workshop who deserve a big shoutout! And they are...

lutfiaaah and eleutheromanial

Here are their entries!

1) @lutfiaaah:

"Nathan, this is perfect!" I exclaim, lacing my fingers into his, very cold but also very warm at the same time.

I face Nathan, his irises very rich in colour, mimicking the shade of the alfresco sky; astonishingly blue, painting the intoxicant sky. Very clear for the spring haven. As clear as the salty territory, constantly dressing and undressing the damp gritty abode.

My eyes blink to the fuzz air, as it abruptly blows my hair, almost ruining the morning preparation that cuts away my perfect 7 hours of sleep from me. I tuck it back behind my ear with my other free hand.

Covering our distance, I parted my lips on his ear and whispers, "You're perfect."

"I know," he grins.

A moment later, I find his lips on mine, stopping me from protesting over his vain self. I couldn't help the adrenaline rushing down to every single vein accompdating my body. A thousand of emotions twirling, making me shiver. Waiting for 3 months was all worth it. Waiting for Nathan to come back. This is magical. The feeling is magical. I can't help but return his kiss. I've missed him like crazy, and I let him know about it.

He stops for air. Nuzzling his nose on my shoulder, he mutters, "I've missed you too. And you do realize that if we keep on doing this, it won't take us to our main event right?" I furror my eyebrows and smack him on the arm. Nathan finishes off by planting a delicate kiss on my forehead. "Happy Anniversary, Rose."

We stroll along the coast, our pace slow and steady. I don't know where we're heading, but the idea of being alone with him after so long completes me.Amid, Nathan comes into a halt, and reaches for something in his pocket. An iridescent spiral object, with tiny spikes on top. A seashell; floading me with all the memories, the object that brought Nathan and I together, exactly 2 years ago. He places it on my palm. "I want you to keep this and remember me whenever I'm away."

Being in my favourite atmosphere with my favourite person. What could've been better?

2) eleutheromanial

The subtle, blue sky contrasted perfectly against the sparkling, vibrant waters that washed up onto the silky sand. Black silhouettes of birds flew in the distance, swarming the rocky coves that were out further into the ocean. She slung her backpack over her shoulder and pushed some of her frizzy black hair out of the way. Nathan stood at the back of the car, pulling out the colourful towels and umbrellas that they had grabbed from her garage when he'd said that he was taking her on a date. His green shirt was unlike most of the tourist's, whose garish ensembles didn't often compliment each other, their colour combinations varying from bright pink and mustard yellow to neon green and lavender.

Rose walked out to him and slung her arms around his neck loosely. "Come on," she said, "Let's head out and get a good spot." So they grabbed a towel or two, tied them around their waists, and ran through the busy lot. Once they rounded the mussel-covered rock, they both collapsed melodramatically on the sand and caught their breath, their cheeks becoming rosy.

"Let's go on...a little hunt for fifteen minutes. Whoever finds the prettiest seashell wins, and the loser has to—"

"—Buy lunch AND an ice-cream for the winner," Rose finished happily, "Let's do it." She pushed a flyaway strand of hair away and got up to slip her shirt off for the swimsuit that was under. Nathan just began running off to the half-crumpled castle that bordering the water, built yesterday by little kids. Rose had also seen the beautiful purple-tinged shell that those kids had placed on it, but she had an advantage—she'd been to this beach before, and she knew that if you wandered off into the sea a little and to the cove closest to the shore, you could find the most beautiful shells.

So she watched him run off in amusement, his somewhat spindly legs flailing in the burning sand once his flip-flops fell off, and his tanned arms pumping. His bleached-blonde hair flopped all over the place; maybe that was what made them such a perfect couple—their mutual BadHairLives.

The shiny water was lapping up against the sand and the occasional piece of driftwood here, not crashing as wildly as in the more open part of the beach. Rose dove into the water and did front crawl to the cove.

The entrance of the cove was light and airy, but when she came in a little further, the shadows grew and she was engulfed in darkness. Her bare feet ached a bit with each careful step, but trying to avoid them from hurting was a futile effort; there were too many bits that had been crashed up to the wall when the waves became vicious.

Because of the dark and the remnants of old shells on the ground, Rose moved slowly. Despite this, she already held two pretty shells in her hand. However, the mother-of-pearl that she had found was too small to the striking medley of shiny colours that were usually on the inside of them, and the sand dollar was pretty boring.

Eventually she saw a flicker of silver and stooped down to scoop it up and inspect it. A sound resonated through the6 cave just as she was about to get it. Right when she was about to grab it, her arm collided with Nathan's and they held opposite ends of the beautiful mother-of-pearl.

"Well, I guess we both won. We'll have to go hungry to honour our bet," Rose spoke, but then they simultaneously let go of the shell and whispered, "Nah," to the waves lapping gently at their feet.

"We better get going before the tide rises more." Nathan started to walk out, but Rose picked up the shell. Then she stuck her jagged fingernail in a thin fissure and cracked it open into two halves. They both shone like mirrors in the daylight, but the colours on the inside swirled together in a lazy whorl that was made up of tye-dye colours; muted reds and metallic pinks and light greens evolving into blues and purples. She handed Nathan one half of the natural masterpiece, then followed him out of the cove.

"I'll keep it forever."
