Chapter 11

Okay, this chapter happened one week after the video went up. The only interesting thing that happened was Jason learner how to wheel himself around, and Ali learnedly to move at walking speed on her crutches. They are getting ready for Pax now.

~Ali's POV~

I woke up to a loud bang coming from downstairs. I crutched over to the stairwell and yelled down to whoever made the bang. I wouldn't get the crutches off for another month, so I had to get used to them. "Who was that?!" "I dropped a pan! Sorry!" Adam yelled back up at me. "Hey!" I turned around to see Jason wheeling over to me. "Can someone get us downstairs?" Jason yelled at Adam and everyone else who could hear him. "Coming!" I heard Mitch reply, and he, Adam, Ty, Quentin, and Ian came into view. Ian grabbed my crutches and walked down the stairs, while Ty walked down with me, holding my waist so I didn't fall. Meanwhile, Adam and Mitch lifted Jason out of the wheelchair and Adam carried him downstairs, while Mitch helped Quentin with the wheelchair. At the bottom, I grabbed my crutches and Adam put Jason back into his chair. "We really need to get an elevator." He said, gasping. "Already on it, biggums." Jerome said as he walked into the room. "Yup. Some guys are gonna get one installed while we're at Pax." Mitch walked over to Jerome. "Oh yeah! Everyone got what they need?" Adam asked us. "Yeah, but my suitcase is on my bed." Jason told him. "Same." I added, and Quentin and Mitch went back upstairs. Jerome scanned the group and smiled, following them up. He returned before the other two with a sleeping Jimmy in his arms. Jimmy moved in with Team Crafted a few days ago, and I went with him. I'm an official part of Team Crafted now.

After Mitch and Quentin got the suitcases, we all got into the cars. Mitch, Jerome, Quentin, and Ian were in one, and Adam, Ty, Jason, Jimmy, and I were in the other. Most of the suitcases were in Mitch's car, because Adam's had Jason's wheelchair and my crutches in it. Jimmy finally woke up and spent the ride to the airport staring out the window at Bristol.

When we got to the airport, we sat down in the handicapped seating area that had a space for Jason's wheelchair while we waited for the plane to come. I heard a fangirl scream, and soon we were surrounded by fans. "When do you get the cast off?" Someone asked Jimmy. "What about your crutches?" Another girl asked me. "When will you get out of the wheelchair?" A fan asked Jason. The crowd fell silent. "Jason, I'm so sorry! She hasn't seen the vlog yet!" An older girl grabbed the one who had asked and started to pull her away, but she stopped when Jason wheeled over to them. "Don't worry, I completely understand. I wish I could say I'll leave this wheelchair behind after a month, or a year. But sadly, I'll have it forever." The girl's eyes widened, and she turned around and gave Jason a giant hug. "You are amazing! I hope you're okay!" She smiled and walked away, the older girl in tow. The rest of the fans disappeared as well, and Team Crafted looked at Jason as he wheeled back over to his original spot. "That was brave of you, Jason." Quentin finally said. "Hey, this wheelchair is a part of me now, so I guess I just have to embrace it." Jason smiled. 'Plane 961 now boarding for Seattle, Washington.' We stood up and walked/crutched/wheeled over to the attendant. She smiled at Jason and I, took our tickets, and called over another attendant, who led us onto the plane. Since we had a handicapped person with us, we were the first people on the plane. The attendant helped Jason fasten his wheelchair to the ground so it didn't roll, and I sat next to him with my leg out on a stool that was attached to the ground as well. My crutches were on the floor between Jason and I, and Jimmy sat on my other side. Everyone else filled in the seats behind us.

~Skip the boring plane ride where nothing important happened~

When we got off the plane, we were immediately swarmed by fans, again. There was one girl I noticed. She was off to the side, looking through the crowd of fangirls. What really took my notice was the fact that she was in a wheelchair. I nudged Jason, who was next to me, and pointed at the girl. He nodded, and we crutched/wheeled over to her. "Hey, you okay?" I asked her, and her head shot up as she turned to look at me. "Alianna? Jason?" She asked in disbelief. Jason laughed. "Yup, that's us! Now why are you sitting here by yourself?" He asked her. "I wanted to meet the team, especially you, Jason, but I couldn't get through the crowd because of this." She frowned, and gestured to her wheelchair. "I know how you feel. These things are a pain. But why did you want to meet me?" Jason asked, and her expression changed to a mix of happy and sad. "Because, Jason, you are just like me. Both of us are stuck in wheelchairs forever. I broke my spinal cord in a car accident 4 years ago, and I've been in this ever since. I know what its like being treated weird because of the wheelchair, and I wish that you of all people wouldn't have to experience that. But here you are now." She looked down. "Hey, what's your name?" I asked her. "Rachel." She responded. "Okay, Rachel, do you have a YouTube and a Minecraft account?" She nodded. "Skype?" She smiled and nodded again. "So, would you like to record sometime?" She smiled wider. "I'd love too! My YouTube is RayGamez and my Skype is RayGamezRachel." She pulled out a sharpie and wrote her Akype and YouTube down on Jason's arm, then smiled again. "One more question. How old are you?" Jason asked. "I'm 14. I've got to go, but I'll seeya at Pax! She wheeled away. The rest of the boys walked up, finally getting rid of the fangirls. "Who was that?" Quentin asked us. "Rachel. She is paralyzed, like me. She couldn't get through the crowd because of her wheelchair, so we went over to her." Jason explained. Jimmy gave me a look, and I knew what it meant. Love is in the air.
