Hello again! I had a bit of writer's block,  but I got an idea for a new twist from a comment. Time for a new hybrid! On with the story!

~Jerome's POV (What's this?)~

We are in the car, riding home from the restaurant. Ian and Quentin are arguing about something in the backseat, I'm driving, and Ty is listening to music next to me. Suddenly Ty gasps and points off in the distance. I see a pair of white lights, so I pull over to the side of the road. Ty and the others get out with me, and Ty shudders. "Herobrine." He says quietly. Suddenly the lights are right in front of us, and I realize that they are eyes. Herobrine grabs my arm, and I know I have to get the others out. "Ty! Get Ian and Quentin and fly back home!" I yell. Ty grabs them and starts to fly, but Ian is struggling. "But what about you?" He asks. I smile. "I'll be fine! No go!" I yell. Ty lifts off and disappears, and Herobrine teleports, taking me with him. Before I can see where we end up, my head explodes in pain, and I am overcome by darkness.

~Jason's POV~

I am woken up by loud, frantic banging on the front door. I look at Adam in confusion, and he just shrugs. Mitch opens the door, and Ty, Ian, and Quentin walk in. I notice that Ty's wings are out, and he isn't folding them back in. "Ty, why are your wings out?" I ask, pointing at them. Ty sighs. "Mitch, you might want to sit down. Mitch looks confused, but complies, scanning the small group. Then something clicks in his brain. "Where's Jerome?" He asks, worry evident in his voice. Ty frowns. "That's why you needed to sit down, and why my wings were out. We were on our way home from dinner when I saw two white lights in the distance. I thought they were headlights, so Jerome stopped the car, and we all got out. Then I realized that they were Herobrine's eyes. By then, it was too late. Herobrine grabbed Jerome's arm and started pulling him away. The three of us were frozen, but Jerome yelled at me to fly away with Quentin and Ian. Ian protested, but Jerome said he'd be fine. So I flew away, and Herobrine teleported away with Jerome." Ty says. Mitch starts crying and looking at Ty and I. I can only feel sadness as well as Ty and I exchange glances. We, and everyone else here, all know that if Jerome ever comes back, he won't be the same. A hybrid.

Mitch is crying harder now, so I nudge Adam, who nods and stands, holding me up as well. He walks over to Mitch, and I put my hand on his shoulder. "Mitch, he'll be fine. I promise. I know how you feel, Jimmy got kidnapped once too, and you helped me. So now I'll help you." I say, trying to cheer him up. I don't know how well it went, but Mitch looks up and smiles, pulling me onto his lap. "You don't understand what I feel for Jerome." He says simply. I smile a little. "Yes I do, you guys have been best friends for ever." I say, slightly confused. Mitch frowns and shakes his head, leaning to me. "I... I like Jerome a little more than that." (Merome anyone?) I smile, and Mitch hugs me. "Please don't tell anyone about that." He says sadly. I nod. "Why not?" I have to ask. He just shakes his head. "If you tell anyone, somehow Adam will figure out. And Adam will somehow manage to tell the fans." I smile, and Mitch laughs a little. I snicker a little. "Now we just need Skylox." I whisper. Mitch laughs, and Adam shoots me a look. I just shake my head, and he smiles.

Mitch picks me up suddenly, carrying me across the room, and putting me in my wheelchair. "Its 3 in the morning, you have to go to bed." He says, smiling. I pout, causing Mitch to laugh again. He pushes me into my room, helping me into my bed. Rachel is already asleep in the top bunk, her and the rest of the girls fell asleep before Ty and the others left for dinner. Mitch sits down on the side of my bed. "Promise me you won't tell anyone about me... having feelings for Jerome." He says quietly. I smile. "I promise." Mitch stands and leaves the room, closing the door softly behind him. Suddenly, I hear a whisper behind me. "Mitch likes Jerome?" I spin around to see Rachel's head, upside down, looking at me. She has a huge smile on her face. "Merome!" She exclaims quietly. I smile and shake my head. "Don't tell anyone about this, especially Mitch. He doesn't want anyone knowing." She nods. "Your secret's safe with me." Then she disappears to her own bunk. I lay back in bed, thinking about Mitch and Jerome. Poor Mitch, I hope Jerome gets back here soon. And Jerome. I wonder what hybrid type he is. Herobrine seems to like turning us into popular hybrids from stories and art. Skybrine, Enderlox, WitherMU. Zoey as a Blaze, I bet Herobrine was responsible for that as well. If I had to bet anything, Jerome is going to come back with much more hair than he left with. Jerome is gonna be a Bacca.

Thanks to ahoppi for the idea of Jerome becoming a Bacca! Next chapter, another hybrid will be introduced. I should call this book Hybrid Army, because that's what its turning into. Until next time, Seeya!
