Yay! More chapters! I'm not watching today's Yogstream because I'm sick of watching Duncan, Lewis, and Sjin yell at each other in Farming Sim. So instead, I'm writing a chapter. On with the story!
~Jason's POV~
Everyone around me breaks into grins, nodding or laughing. Rythian breaks Adam's chains, and he runs to Jimmy, pulling him into a hug before grabbing me as well. I laugh with them for a while, but then I start to think. Adam notices and stops laughing, and with his loud laugh suddenly missing, the room falls silent. I move my hands up to my neck, touching the collar I was force into not long ago. "Guys, these collars could shock us, paralyze us, make us fall asleep, anything. Rythian and Lava are the only ones who have any chance of escape." I say truthfully. "Even if we can escape, the collars probably have some form of tracker in them. Also, Ali is in no position to try to escape." I look at Adam, who sighs. Then I turn to Rythian, who starts to talk. "The boy is right. The only thing we can do is somehow have Lava and I escape, somehow find Lewis, Mitch, and the others, somehow bring them back here, then somehow all escape with out lives. That is pretty much going to be impossible." Everyone, even Adam and Zoey, are silent. "So what your saying is..." Ty trails off, amd Rythian nods and picks up. "We are trapped here."
~Mitch's POV~
It's been a week since Jason, Jimmy, Adam, and the others got kidnapped. We are all worried, but especially for Jason, Jimmy, and Ali. They are only 13. I freeze in bed as I think this, then I stand and run to the kitchen, ignoring my surprised and confused friends. I look at the date on the calender and then I walk over to the table and sit down, putting my head in my hands. I ignore all of my worried friends and cry. "What's wrong, Mitch?" Jerome asks me. I use one hand to point at the calender, tears falling from my eyes. Jerome gasps almost comically, then I see the tears forming in his eyes. "Jerome?" Quentin asks worriedly. "T-Today is D-December 6th. J-Jimmy is 14." He stutters.
Tears form throughout the Team, everyone crying. Wherever Jimmy is, he is a year older. He may not even be alive, for all we know. What we do know is that we will never see him again.
~Jason's POV~
We are sitting in a circle, just thinking. I am in Adam's lap, and we are closest to the door. Rachel is sitting to one side of us, holding my hand. Jimmy and Ali are to my other, crying. We have all pretty much given up hope, life. I hear a clang, and everyone looks up at the door, which is now open. Three men come in, and everyone simply backs away. One man grabs Rythian's arms, holding them together behind his back. He is carried to the wall, where a hook is driven high up into the wall. Rythian, who is struggling against the hands that hold him, lets out a scream as the third man kicks him in the side. The first man, the one holding Rythian's hands behind his back, pulls out a pair of handcuffs that look like the collars we all wear and snaps them on Rythian's wrists. He then starts to fly, much to our surprise. He hangs Rythian by the chain of the handcuffs over the hook, leaving him hanging, looking at us. His feet just barely touch the floor, with his arms straight, and he's taller than the rest of us, so no one can reach the hook. The man finishes by blindfolding Rythian, but leaving his mouth and legs free. He snaps a new collar around Rythian's neck and pulls a remote out of his pocket, pushing a button. Rythian roars in pain and his legs and arms slacken; He must have fainted. The men leave him and walk over to the rest of us, most likely grinning underneath their masks. They scan the group, stopping when they land on Adam and I. Two of the men walk over to us, one pulling me out of Adam's lap while the other keeps Adam down. I feel my arms being forced behind my back and handcuffed, much like Rythian's. Adam yells out, being handcuffed as well. His legs are also handcuffed together, and he is dropped, laying on the ground. The man holding pulls out a cloth and ties it tightly around my mouth, stifling any noise. Then he pulls out another, covering my eyes. The man picks me up, carrying me somewhere away from my friends. My collar electrocutes me and I scream, my scream muffled by the gag, then I fall asleep.
I wake up to find myself still being carried somewhere. I feel air across my face and I realize I'm outside. The wind is cold, it is December, after all, and I shiver. The man holding me stops, realizing I'm awake. "Don't move." He says, right into my ear. I try to stop shivering, but I can't. He eventually gives up and continues walking. He apparently has come to his destination, because he stops again. He puts me down, and I feel cold, icy concrete. I hear a knocking sound, we must be near some kind of a door. I hear the sound of snow crunching, the man just left me here! The door opens, and I hear a familiar gasp, then a yell. "Guys! Its Jason!" Mitch yells into the house.
~Mitch's POV~
I hear a knock on the door and stand, drying my tears. I open the door and see no one, so I look down, expecting a package or something. Instead, I see a figure, bound, gagged, and blindfolded. I gasp, then turn back to the house. "Guys! Its Jason!" I hear a storm of footsteps, and many gasps. I lean over and pick up Jason, who is shivering uncontrolably. I carry him inside and lay him on the couch, then I grab the gag, taking it off. I reach for the blindfold, but I feel a shock, and I jerk my hand back. "Jason? I can't remove the blindfold. It shocked me." I say. Jason grins and turns, presumably looking at me. "Just try breaking the chains. Get a power tool or something." He says, and I realise his hands are handcuffed behind his back. I send Jerome to get wire cutters or something. "Oh, and Mitch? I remember everything. Thanks for helping me in the hospital." He says, grinning. I sit down and hug him, smiling. "Hey, Quentin! Ian! Get the wheelchair!" The two boys nod and disappear. After Adam and Ty both got kidnapped, I kinda took over as leader. Jerome comes back, and Jason puts his hands out behind him, stretching the chain. Jerome cuts it, an Jason reaches up, pulling the blindfold up. I gasp. His bright blue eyes are darker, tinged grey, and lined with black.
~Jason's POV (yes, lots of POV switches, I know)~
I pull off the blindfold and Mitch gasps, probably seeing my eyes. I smile sadly. "I'm a hybrid now." I say simply. Mitch and Jerome nod, still looking at my eyes. I look at my hands and realize I have gloves on, the man must have put them on me. "My eyes aren't the only thing that changed. Look." I say, taking the gloves off and showing my hands to the two. They take in the grey and black skin, shock all over their faces. "What are you?" Mitch asks me. "I'm WitherMU." I say, smiling. Mitch lets out a snort, and Jerome laughs a little. "Skybrine, Enderlox, and WitherMU. Who would have guessed?" He says. "What can you do?" Mitch asks me. I frown and my hands go to my neck, where I finger the collar. "Nothing, currently. This collar blocks the magic, so I'm just normal with weird eyes and grey hands. The only reason no one has escaped is because everyone has one of these collars, everyone but Lava." I say. Confusion covers Mitch and Jerome's faces, and I realize they don't know who Lava and the others are. "We met 4 hybrid girls at the facility. Lava, a 20-year-old Ghast hybrid, Daria and Lucy, 14 and 13-year-old Wolf hybrids, and Rachel, a 12-year-old Endercat hybrid. She was injected twice." I say, tears forming as I think about Rachel. I look at the two, and they look like messes. Red eyes, messy hair, wrinkled clothes. "Right before I somehow ended up here, Jimmy told us about a weird dream he had had. He said it was a series of pictures, actually two. Two endings to our stories. The first was the bad ending. Ty without wings, bleeding to death. Martyn being shot when we try to escape. Jimmy and I, falling to our deaths after Adam's throat got slit, trying to protect us. He said that that set of pictures, that ending, would happen if Ali died of the poison from being stabbed in the stomach." Tears stream down their faces, and I pull Mitch into a hug. Adam is like my dad, but Mitch and Jerome are like my older brothers. "Wait, Ali got stabbed?" Jerome asks me. I forgot they weren't there. "Yeah. Remember when Jimmy was out for 3 weeks and woke up screaming for Ali? He had had a dream of being in a room, taken to a torture chamber, and watching Ali being stabbed in the heart. About 5 men came in a couple days ago, right after I discovered my powers, and one grabbed me. I hadn't had a collar yet, and he basically just put one on me. Two of the men grabbed Ali and Jimmy, and Adam and Rythian tried to go after them. Jimmy had just told them the dream, and all three of them knew what was going to happen. Adam and Rythiam were knocked out, chained to the wall, gagged, and blindfolded, then Ali and Jimmy were taken. Yesterday, they were returned, Ali with a poisoned stab wound in her stomach, Jimmy gagged and tied up. Jimmy fell asleep, and had his dream. Ty told Rythian Zoey had died, and Rythian went crazy, freeing himself, Jimmy, and Adam. Then Jimmy explained his dream." I explain, pausing for a breath. Mitch and Jerome, along with Quentin and Ian, who just joined them, stare at me. "The second series of pictures was happy. Lewis and Hannah, and Rythian and Zoey, sitting and talking while their kids played together. Martyn and Kaeyi getting married. Ali and Jimmy having their first kiss. The ending that would happen if Ali lived. If she dies, Martyn looses the will to live and dies in our escape. Sparkles* commits suicide. Rythian's Ender side takes over, killing Zoey, then Rythian regains and kills himself. Jimmy didn't just see the deaths, he saw the aftermaths. Area 11, playing a sad song at a funeral, with no singer. The entire Yogscast, mourning the loss of 4 of their members. Team Crafted, split apart, quiting YouTube, then life." I start crying, remembering the images Jimmy described. "What was the last thing he saw?" Mitch asks. I smile a little through my tears. "A picture of the full Yogscast, the full Team Crafted, together, smiling while Ridgedog was taking a photo." Mitch smiles, Jerome slurps, Quentin laughs, and Ian pulls me into a hug. "Jason, I have Jimmy's spellbook, and there is a spell that lets you remove magic from an object. It should work on your collar." Ian says, holding up a book. I nod, and he opens it, putting a hand on the collar. "Thibs sobsad osesoj sosvask! Woechs tisojso pushise aishsis sishish!" Ian yells. The collar disentigrates in his hand, and I laugh.
"Mitch, Jerome, hold me up so my legs aren't touching the ground." I say, looking at my brothers. They look confused, but comply. My legs dangle, and I focus, willing them to be still. The 4 boys gasp as my legs stop moving. "Now let go." They look at me like I'm crazy, but comply. I am floating, and I grin at their reactions. I kick my legs, and I start flying around. "I can control my les in the air, but as soon as I touch the ground they stop working." I say, whilst spinning through the air. "Can you do anything else?" Jerome asks, laughing. I grin evilly and raise my hand, pointing it palm out at him. Jerome's smile falls as he sees what I'm doing. The grey and black ball flies out of my hand, hitting Jerome in the stomach. He flies into Mitch, who yelps. I laugh, floating downward until my feet are just above the ground. I float to the wheelchair, placing my feet on the ground in front of it. I let out a cry and fall back, landing in the wheelchair. I use my arms to pull myself up, until I am sitting in the chair again. I laugh as I watch Mitch and Jerome trying to get up, but failing. Then I think about the stars, and I gasp. The Stars! "Guys, what did you do about YouTube?" I ask. Mitch and Jerome freeze, still on the ground, and Ian and Quentin frown and look at eachother. "Give me my laptop." I say, and Ian runs away. He returns, a blue laptop in his hands. I log in, checking YouTube. I look at the most recent video, and it is the one about me loosing my memory. I scroll down the page, looking at the comments. 'Happy Birthday Jimmy!' One of them says. 'Hope Jason remembers soon!' Says another. 'Please upload again!' Reads a third. "That was posted a week ago, and it said fewer videos would be posted until you got your memory back." Ian says, sighing in relief. "Guys, a video won't be good enough. I think we need to tell our fans the truth. Well, some of it." I say, logging into Twitter. "What are you talking about Jason?" Mitch asks me. I turn my laptop to them, showing them my latest tweet. "We're doing a livestream."
Yay! Why did they give Jason back to Mitch and the others? Why is Jason doing a livestream? How will they save the others? Why am I asking so many rhetorical questions? We will find out the answers to all of those questions, other than the last one, eventually. Until next time, Seeya!
