Lost and Found

"OMG" Moment

I woke up to being surrounded in warmth, both on my stomach and my whole entire back. I felt something heavy pressing against back and on my waist. Slowly, I opened my eyes and saw light pouring in through the sides of the curtain. My back and stomach felt really warm, but my back had weight on it. I looked over to see a face close to mine and an arm wrapped around my waist. Knight was sleeping against my stomach. I saw Kaoru's eye twitch and I turned my head. I pretended like I was still asleep.

Instantly, I felt breath on the back of my neck. I wanted to shutter, but held it in. Just leave already, so I can escape. I didn't even mean to fall asleep last night. I felt his arm tighten around me, pulling me closer. We laid like that for a few minutes before I heard him sigh. He let go of me and crawled out of bed. I was about to wake up when I heard him walking around the bed. He pushed hair away from my face and walked away.

I heard a drawer open and cracked my eye open. I saw Kaoru pulling out clothes. Then, he took off his shirt then pants. You'd think that he would stop there, but no, he didn't. He took off everything. I almost screeched and ran, but I just closed my eye. I heard rustling and then movement. After a while, he came back to my side of the bed.

He sat in the chair next to it. "You're very pretty, Jordan. Your also kind, caring, helpful and nice. You like to hide things inside and I don't know why. I want to get to know you more, I want to be the person you lean on and tell everything no matter how horrible or how whiny you would sound. I want to listen to you tell me your problems or your day. I want to see you smile and laugh, but I also want to see you cry. I know that sounds weird, but it's true. I want to see all your scars, cuts and bruises. I know I'm being selfish now, but that's how I am. I'm saying this while you sleep because I don't think I can do it while your awake. I really like you and I want more then a friendship, but I'm ok with anything you choose."

He left and I stayed like that for a while, shocked. He likes me? Why? I open my eyes and sat up. Knight was disturbed so he crawled onto my lap and went back to sleep. Something wet hit my hand. My face was wet too. I reached up and felt tears. I just realized that I was crying.

Kaoru's POV

There I told her. She was sleeping, but I still said it. I pushed my hair back as I walked out of the room. I started walking down the hall when I realized that I left my shirt in there. I never put on again. Crap, maybe's she still asleep and I can sneak in. I hurried down the hall and pushed the door open. Jordan was sitting, crying. I froze for a moment before rushing to the bed. "Hey, hey, hey. What's wrong?" I asked and she looked up at me. Her face instantly went red and I felt my go red too.

I turned around, grabbed my shirt and pulled it on. I looked back at her and sat on the bed. "Nothing." She mumbled. I sighed and rubbed her back as she cried. I wanted to say something that would make her pain go away, but I couldn't. After a while, she picked up her cat and stood up. I thought she was leaving, but I was wrong. She climbed onto my lap and buried her had in my chest. I froze, but I wrapped my arms around her.
