Sonic Adventure 2 Dream part 6

Sonic was soon face to face with Eggman.  It was pretty scary, at least in the dream.

"Well we meet again Sonic... and it seems that you brought your crew."  Eggman said sinisterly.  "If you give me the emerald, then I will let you and your friends live... For now."

Sonic already had it in his mind to kill two birds with one stone and take the real emerald with him when he gives the emerald to the scientist.  Unfortunately, the plan fell through and Eggman trapped Sonic in a capsule.

"Is that a fake emerald Sonic?"  Eggman asked.

"How did you know it was fake?" Tails asked.

"Tails!" Sonic exclaimed.

"Because you just told me it was! I won't have this happen!"

Eggman set up the capsule to launch to earth with disastrous results.

"Tails, be strong..." Sonic said sadly.  "And Amy, take care of yourself."

With that, Sonic was launched into space falling to earth...  All hope seemed lost for the hedgehog, until he remembered what Tails had said about the emerald in his hands.

"The fake emerald has the same properties of a real emerald except it is less powerful..."

"I wonder..." Sonic said.  He did the feat that he saw Shadow the Hedgehog did.

"Chaos Control!"

With that, Sonic had disappeared from the capsule.

Meanwhile, at the Ark, Tails and Amy wept for Sonic.   Eggman thought he had triumped and defeated Sonic once and for all.

At the ruins, Knuckles was walking towards the place he called home.  That was until, a big ball of light.  Sonic appeared but was pretty much out of energy as it seemed.

"Who knew that Chaos Control could be created by a fake emerald?"

"Are you okay?" Knuckles asked.

He tried to help Sonic walk until he had got his strength up.  With that, Sonic had ran off after thanking Knuckles.

When I was at the hotel, I decided that enough was enough.  Everyone was sleeping from the hot weather after the visiting Ratchet, Clank, Jak, Daxter and Sly Cooper was busy playing and talking.  I had all of the time in the world to look.  Why not?

I looked into the amber orb.  It was showing through look see that Sonic was running back to space via rockets.

It did not take too long to see that he was in space and running through the highway like place racing against time.  Soon he encountered the black hedgehog himself Shadow.

I was kind of freaked out but I kept quiet about the sight that I was seeing.

The blue hedgehog met up with Shadow and they had a short conversation...

"What are you anyway?" Shadow said as they were about to race.

"Just a guy who was born for adventure.  I'm Sonic the Hedgehog!"

"I see.  Well you know that I will have to kill you Sonic.  I will not fail."

The two hedgehogs went and raced to see who was going to either save or hurt the world.

As the two hedgehogs raced, they took turns seemingly hitting each other.  It was a close finish after a few minutes of the race.  Sonic hit him one last time and won.

"I am the ultimate life form... How could I lose?" Shadow said.

Sonic went off to stop the awful plot from happening and notified Tails and Amy that he was still alive with a big smirk on his face.

I looked peacefully and went to take a nap knowing that the trouble was over... for now.
