"Hey uncle Jesse can I borrow your phone?"
"Why sure you can"
I replied thanks as I put in my fathers number. It rang for a few seconds until someone picked up.
"Hello"
"Hi daddy!!"
"Faith how's everything going"
"Good but I need your help."
"Sure what's up?"
"I'm really close to catching Frank and Jesse selling black market guns and I was wondering if there were any Texas Rangers out here to pick them up."
"There's a few out in Atlanta I can send over. Where are you?"
"Hazzard County" I explained what was going to happen and their location.
"Okay do whatever you need to do and they'll be there when you're done."
"Thank you so much!!"
"No problem. Hey what's with the whole trespassing business with some Farm boy?"
"Oh nothing and he's not some farm boy his name is Luke Duke he's a retired Marine."
"Hmm he sounds alright but you better keep yourself out of trouble from now on."
"That's pretty unlikely but I'll try."
"Fine. When are you coming back home?"
"I don't know soon but I gotta go."
"Alright bye Faith."
"Bye dad"
I hung up the phone glad to have Rangers back me up against Frank, Jesse, and Boss.
Now you know there's gonna be a bad situation when a girl has to call her daddy for help.
It was getting late and I only had a short time until Jesse wanted me to help close his deal. I freshened up my makeup and gave my hair a little more volume wanting Jesse to regret ever losing me.
"Sugar you look amazing."
"Thanks Daisy"
"You better watch out for Luke he might not let you leave looking like that."
"Oh he won't be a problem" I laughed as both he and Bo walked into the house. Luke grabbed my waist looking into my eyes. "How did I ever get a girl like you?"
I laughed and shook my head. I looked at the clock nearing 8. "Look id love to stay and chat but I gotta go."
"Faith it's not too late for us to help you" Bo pleaded. I gave him a stern look then walked to my mustang. I opened the trunk pulling out my knife and slipping it into the inside of my right boot. I checked to make sure my holster was tight around my waist and I had plenty of extra bullets. I had another holster on my left thigh with a hunting knife which I sharpened before sliding it in. I closed the rink and go into the drivers seat. Starting the engine I saw the Dukes in the window watching me leave. I shifted gear and reached 95 in less than 30 seconds.Luke's POV
Faith stood by her open trunk taking out weapons and sharpening knives. As she pulled away I turned to Bo "alright wait 2 minutes then we are going after her."
"Sounds good you driving?"
"Sure."
"Boys how do think you're gonna follow her when she's going that fast?" Daisy asked
"You see when she was in here me and Bo rigged her mustang so that it'll leave a trail of oil for us to follow."
"That's a good idea but what if she figure it out and throws you off?"
"I don't know we are just gonna have to take that chance."
"Wait I overheard her say something about Indian creek when she was on the phone."
"That's probably where she heading. Thanks uncle Jesse."
"So Luke how we gonna do this?"
I thought for a minute than snapped my finger "I got it. Here's what we're gonna do..."
I told them the plan and we all went to our vehicles to get ready. Uncle Jesse and Daisy were going to take the general and throw off boss and rosco while me and Bo took Daisy's jeep and followed Faith. I drove along the road following the oil track until the road ended and there was nothing but trees so I parked the jeep and grabbed the bows while Bo got the rope. We crept though the woods making sure to be very quite. We found an old run down barn just on the edge of the creek. Faith's mustang was parked in front along with a couple other trucks. I headed to the nearest window and peeked in. I cursed when I saw that damn city slicker all over Faith and the worst part was I couldn't tell if she liked it or not. She caught my eye and I could tell she was pissed.Faith's POV
I parked my mustang next to Jesse's truck and laughed since it was only a few weeks ago he chased me to hazzard in that truck. I fixed the review and reapplied my red lipstick. I fixed my shirt making sure Jesse wouldn't be able to resist. I walked through the door of a rundown barn where Frank and Jesse sat leaning over some papers. They didn't notice me until I piped up "you know if I would have know you were hiding out in such a shit hold I could have found you a decent place to stay." Their heads snapped up and I smiled leaning against the door frame with my arms crossed. I walked toward Jesse and grabbed his collar whispering in his ear "you miss me babe?"
He nodded letting out a shaky breath ad I knew I had him weak. I pulled away and walked to the table. "So boys what's the plan tonight?"
"I'll tell you as soon as you tell me what you plan on doing with that gun." Frank demanded "well Jesse said he wanted my help closing the deal and that's just what I plan on doing." I lied patting my gun. We went over what we were selling to who and how we're going to expand the market through the south. Frank checked the time "alright joes going to be here in about 5 minutes. Make sure he pays then I don't care what happens to him next." I nodded understanding as he went into the back and Jesse looked over at me,"looks like it's just you and me baby." I mentally rolled my eyes but went along with it anyway. He pushed me up against the wall as his hands started roaming. He started kissing and sucking on my neck. I closed my eyes wishing it was Luke and let out a moan just to really sell it. When I opened my eyes I caught sight of Luke in the window. Anger soared through me and I pulled Jesses head up so he was looking right into my eyes and kissed him hard. I watched as Luke got angry that's what you get when you don't listen I thought. I ended the kiss as fast as it started just as a door opened and a very large man walked in.Things are about to get real crazy here Folks.
