Chapter 3

Evelyn's POV•••

As I walked into the living room someone hugged me from behind saying,"Hola Mami.", softly into my ear.

His voice is so relaxing, I have the urge to kiss him but I can't we just met!

"Erick" I say back

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"Going for the prize." I whisper in her ear.

What the hell? "Prize"  Im not his Prize... Wait I just realized Erick is probably just another fuckboy.

"Im not a prize, Erick" I snap back then push him back.

"But mami, lo que está mal?" He said back looking me in the eyes now.

I hear the door unlock, so I go after it, It's Joel he just walked in with the other boys, Richard, an Christopher.

Thank god

"Hey guys, you ready for school?", We all reply with Yeah.

I can't believe what Erick did, but to be honest I did kinda like that but we just met so i'm not gonna let a Fuckboy get to my head. Earlier Joel decided we all got together an skipped lunch an period 6 to go eat at the Taqueria a few minutes away.
Erick wanted to sit by me, I didn't refuse, I ordered a Jamaica Drink an some tacos, no cebolla, no cilantro, mas carne asada. Mmmmhhhmm

After a long day at school Me an Joel finally went home.

"Hey I just got off the phone with mom, shes working late tonight probably till 2 am, Im gonna ask Erick to come over is that cool with you?" Joel says.

I pause an think, I mean I do want to see him again, His voice, his eyes...stop thinking that way if he's a Fuckboy he's not gonna change for you, he just wants me as the "grand prize" while he go finds another girl to trick an bring home.

"Yeah thats cool with me, but can we go to the store I need to get stuff, an you señor need to buy some snacks." I say in a serious but funny voice.

I go to isle 9, Feminine Products...Yep how wonderful it is to be a female, I think. Tampons or Pads? Both. Daytime equals Tampons, Nighttime equals Pads.

Joel walks past the isle then spots me ," Oh this is gonna be great." He rolls his eyes.

"Oh Shut Up Pendejo!" I say glaring at him.

Wow that was kinda feisty. I should tone it down i don't wanna scare off Erick haha

Later on Around 7
The doorbell rings, I answer it an its Erick. Our eyes meet an then,
Joel yells Come in Bro.

Joel goes to the bathroom, An me an Erick are alone again, Erick grabs my arms an pulls me close to him.

Erick says, "Mami, Your so beautiful."

I feel a rush going through my body as the words slip out of his mouth. I bite my bottom lip, he notices.

"You like me don't you hermosa, I can see it in your eyes.

I hesitate, then say "No, we just met back up Erick."

Running downstairs from the bathroom,"Shit I forgot the popcorn, alright imma go get it yall stay here which kind you want sis?" Joel yells almost out the door.

"Buttery Please!" I yell back laughing.

Erick says,"Mhm your laugh is perfect Mami."

"Erick, Stop calling me Mami, im not your mami!" I yelled back.

We'll see what happens next I guess😌
