Chapter 13

Evelyn's POV•••

.4 weeks pregnant.

Today is starting the 4 week of my pregnancy. Today is also my doctors appointment, and Yoandri is coming with me. I wish Joel would too but he is sick and I really don't want to get myself sick, because I want the baby perfectly healthy.

"Hey what do I wear?" I ask Yoandri

"Umm ooh wear this!" He grabs a really cute floral dress I forgot I bought a few months ago

The dress is white with pink, red, and orange flowers scattered around the dress. I grab some white wedges that have, and I put on my gold bracelet that says Evelyn in cursive writing that my mom bought me from Mexico. I put on makeup, concealer, highlight, mascara, and nothing on my lips because they are already a little rosy today.

"Hey I don't mean to rush you but were gonna be late!" Yoandri yells while he goes to get the car

He's so amazing. He is sweet, he does randomly kind things for me. He cooks me food when I don't even ask. He makes my bed. He sings to me, we sing together. I just love having him here with me. Especially that he's really smart in school and he helps me a lot with understanding my work.

.30 Min. later.

At doctors office

"Evelyn Pimentel." The receptionist calls

"Dr.Villanueva is waiting in her office for you." He says with a smile

I like when they are nice to you, I hate when they are rude bitches. Like what did I do to you?! But I like this one she is way nicer. All receptionist should bebnice there job isn't hard.

"Are you nervous?"

"No, I just hope the baby is alright."

Yoandri pulls me into a hug. I let go and kiss his cheek. I see him blush..Awhh.

"Of course it's gonna be alright, I promise. He assures me while grabbing my hand

"Hello Ms.Pimentel, Im going to check your minor things like blood pressure and heart rate. Then im going to need you to lift up your dress just to show your belly, and then scoot your underwear down a little just so I can see if the baby is closer to your bladder."

"Okay sounds good."

Yoandri smiles and gives me 2 thumbs up. He's such a dork. But it makes me happy.

After she is done with the little things, I lift up my dress and move my underwear a little. Yoandri looks at me like he is shocked. I mimic him and give him a smile with 2 thumbs up and then stick my tongue out at him.

"Okay Evelyn this is to help see the baby, It may be a little cold." She says applying this jelly stuff to my stomach.

"Is that the baby?" Yoandri asks his eyes popping out of his head

"Why yes it is the baby, Do you want to do it too?"

"Uh sure." He shyly smiles

Yoandri slowly grabs the tool, he gently pushes it on my skin and moves it around so he can see the baby. I hold onto his arm when he moves the tool.

"I can't believe that is a baby, inside of me, I helped create a baby." I say getting teary eyed

Soon were done and I fix my clothes to normal. Were finally home. I take my shoes off and go upstairs. Yoandri follows me.

"Why are you following me dork." I laugh

"Cause I want to Dorkette." He laughs even harder at that

"Ooh what a clever name, Laundry." I play around

"Woah dang that was actually...really bad" he smiles

Now in my room I lay on my bed. Then Yoandri lays down next to me. I want him to hold me. Then like he is reading my thoughts, he immediately holds me up against his chest. His cologne smells subtle but sweet. I just place my hand on his neck and hold onto him.

"I love you Evelyn, I always have I think about you everyday since I left Miami. I wanna tell you but I don't know how, I wanna take care of you and the baby, I want you to know that ill always love you no matter what happens. I know this baby isnt mine but no matter what I will love him or her like I helped make it. I love you Evelyn."

Yoandri thinks I'm asleep, but Im not. A let a tear escape from my eye. I love Yoandri. I can't explain the love I have for him. I just know I'll always have it no matter what happens between us, It'll always be there, aquí en mi corazón...

Yay! Finally Chapter 13 its just a quick chapter nothing too dramatic happening here. But wait till next chapter! Cant even rn guys lol😂 5 votes for Chapter 14!
