Chapter 11

.Few Days Later.

Evelyn's POV•••

As I wake up for school I feel really tired. I don't know why? I went to bed at 8:34 last night so I should be fine. I try and sit up in my bed. I can't I'm just too tired. I haven't heard from Erick since that night...Maybe something is wrong with his Abuela? I don't know.

As I get off my bed I feel the urge to throw up. I don't get it I ate a grilled cheese last night and that was it.

"Oh shit!" I yell as I run to the toilet

"Joel!" I yell after throwing up

"Evelyn?" He yells as he runs upstairs to me

I have my arm up on the toilet seat and my head on my arm. I'm sprawled out on the bathroom floor.

"Evelyn whats wrong?!"

"Joel I-I don't know I'm scared." I say as I start crying.

"You need to go to the doctor come on." He helps me up and I hold onto him for support.

.At the Doctor's Office.

"So tell me what are your symptoms?"

"Well I woke up really tired, I couldn't find the strength to get out of bed. When I finally sat up I had a really strong urge to throw up, Im scared I don't know whats going on.

"Hmm I see...Here take this, It's a Pregnancy Test."

"W-what?!" I ask.

"I just want you to take it, everything will be okay Evelyn." She assures me.

"J-Joel..." I loo at him in shock, his face, he looks confused.

I take the test. Im really scared for the outcome. Wait wait I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX WITH ERICK! I TOTALLY MISSED A CONDOM WE FORGOT. I feel a tear run down my cheek. I don't look at the test and hand it to Dr.Villanueva.

"Evelyn Sweetie...your pregnant."

"What no I can't be!"

"These are the best pregnancy result tests we have to offer."

"I only had sex once in my life, how can I be pregnant...I forgot..We forgot a condom we got caught up in the mood, I cannot believe myself for being so stupid." I say tears running down my face.

"Lets go home Eve." Joel says sternly

Erick's POV•••

I haven't talked to Evelyn for a few days. I can't believe she fell for all that I love you shit. Haha! That sex was good too, for a virgin she was making it work.

From Evelyn: Hey Erick..We still on for our date tonight at the park?

To Evelyn: Uh something I need to tell you..

From Evelyn: Yea sure go ahead, I need to tell you something too.

To Evelyn: Yeah I don't think were gonna work any more I need some space.

From Evelyn: So does that mean your breaking up with me?

To Evelyn: Yeah if thats what you wanna call it. But what did you wanna tell me?

From Evelyn: Nothing now Bye

To Evelyn: K bye

Evelyn's POV•••

How can he do this to me? Break up with me. The girl you got pregnant on her first time! I start crying.

"Joel...." I call

I hear footsteps coming up to my room. He walks in and sits on my bed.

"Yeah?"

"E-Erick broke up with me." I say softly as I cry

"Did you tell him your pregnant?"

"No."

"Joel I'm so scared, I was so stupid to have sex at 15 and with out any condones!" I yell

"God dammit that fucking bastard!" He yells

"Can I go see Richard?"

"Yes, Of course, do you want me to drive you?"

"No it's ok, I love you." I say as I give him a hug.

After Joel left my room, I slowly get out of bed. I go to get dressed. I put on joggers, a gray tank top and a black thin jacket. I don't do my makeup. I brush my teeth, and put on tinted chapstick. I leave my hair down, but I put a hair tie on my wrist just in case. I put on my black vans.

"Bye Joel."I softly say because I see my mom asleep on the couch.

"Bye be careful."

I leave the house. Richard's house is 5 house down, an I have 1 more house to go.

I reach Richard's house and go in. Richard I call, he comes running from the kitchen.

"Mi Bebé!" He yells

"Slow, careful please.." I hesitate

"Eve what's wrong?" He sounds scared

"Can we s...." I run to the bathroom and throw up into the toilet.

"Oh my god Evelyn are you okay?"

"Yeah..." I say washing up

"I need to tell you something."

"What is it." He looks at me very concerned

"Richard Im pregnant." His eyes pop out of his head

"Eve but I thought you were a virgin!"

"My first time was with...Erick...this past Friday, an...an we forgot condones." I trail off

"Did you tell him, Evelyn whats wrong?"

"He broke up with me this morning, I didn't tell him, and I don't want to!" I was trying to hold back the tears

Richard pulls me into a hug.

"Evelyn look at me, Its all gonna be okay I promise, that bastard will get his karma soon enough..."

Soon enough I rest my head on his shoulder and we fall asleep on his couch....
