Sprinting down the cliff, I charged. I wasn't that far away from home, so I called Stiles and asked him if he could pick me up. He asked what was wrong but I told him I'd tell him later. I told him where I was; it was a small convenience store that sold your regular; candy, pop, milk, bread... Those things.
I waited about 20 minutes for Stiles as I saw his Jeep speed up onto the road. I stepped out then jumped into the car.
"Ara? Are you okay?" He asked worried.
"Isaac..." I said trailing off choking up on tears.
"What did he do? I'll beat up his ass if he hurt you," Stiles yelled. I put my hand on his shoulder and rubbed it, calming him down.
"It's okay but thanks."
"What happened?"
"He wanted to. But I couldn't. Not after what happened with Adam. So I got scared and ran," I said with a sigh.
"Ara, I'm so sorry," Stiles said with sympathy in his voice.
I shrugged then lay my head on his shoulder.
"Thank you. For always being there for me, Stiles."
He smiled. "Forever and always," he said.
