The school day went on as usual; boring.

As the school bell rang, announcing the end of the day, as well as the week, I went to my locker to grab a few items like homework and books. I shut the locker to see Isaac standing behind it.

"Hey you," he said smiling.

"Hey!" I said excitedly.

"About tonight, dress-code is semi-casual," he said to me, smirking. I nodded and smiled back.

"Great. I have to go home but I'll see you later tonight."

"Yeah. See you later. Bye Ara," he winked.

"Bye," I said and waved as he walked in the other direction and as he left, I saw Allison across from me, about six feet away. I moved my head back and slowly walked away looking and feeling guilty. This was going to be very hard to get used to. She was constantly eyeing us both and I always felt uneasy.

I drove home with Stiles and then went and took a shower, to take away all those troubles. I washed my hair, then stepped out, wrapped myself in my towel, and got some sweatpants and a tank top. I changed into it and then dried my hair. I lightly applied some makeup, giving me a flawless face, a sublte eye and a bold lip. I then curled my hair lightly creating waves and then went to my closet. I didn't really have that many dresses so this was a hard pick. I couldn't find anything so I called up Lydia and asked her to come over. She said she would be there in 10 minutes; I'm so glad I have her over. She is the style queen. After about 12 minutes, I heard the doorbell ring. I went down to get it but Stiles already answered it.

"Lydia! Hi," he said in shock.

"Hi," she replied and then stepped in.

"Is Ara here?"

Stiles nodded and then I came down the stairs.

"Okay, you need help girl. Come on," she said and grabbed my hand and led me upstairs.

She immediately flipped through my closet and then pulled out two items; a maroon sweater and a blue polka dot skirt.

"I love it," I whispered and admired it. It was casual but still a bit dressy.

"Now shoes," Lydia said looking around.

From under my bed, I pulled out my grey converse and she took them then threw them on my bed.

"No honey, you need proper shoes. Not those," she said shuddering. I chuckled and gave her a funny look. She laughed and then searched around.

"These!" She exclaimed and pulled out brown and beige lace oxfords. I then slipped on the outfit and took a look in the mirror.

"Beautiful," Lydia said to me and smiled. She pinned my hair back with bobby pins. I smiled at her and hugged her.

Time flew by so quickly, the next moment I heard Isaac downstairs talking to Stiles.

"Now go get your man," Lydia said and pushed me lightly outside of my room.
