I woke up suddenly with Isaac's arm clutching my body. I slipped under his arm and went to the bathroom to freshen up. Then, I stepped down the stairs and made my way to the kitchen and poured a bowl of cereal. I searched the fridge for some milk and realized there was none. So I whipped out some paper from the drawer in the kitchen and grabbed a pen and wrote a note to Isaac saying,

"Went to get some milk. Be back soon."

I then left the house and drove to nearest grocery store. I grabbed 2 cartons of milk, some eggs and chips and salsa.

I headed to the counter and purchased my possessions, it adding up to $18.63.

Taking the grocery bags from the cashier, I walked to the car and placed the bags on the passenger seat. Buckled myself up then drove back home.

I flicked the switch in the car, that started the radio. I chose a radio station playing my favourite music from the 80's. My taste in music is different than most others who are into the hottest boy bands.

I turned the corner pulling up to the house and I slammed down the brakes, my jaw dropped to my chest. I forget the groceries and rush to the flashing blue and red lights on my driveway and I walk up to Sheriff Stilinski.

"Ara! Thank God you're okay," he said.

"What's going on? Where's Isaac? Is he okay?" I ask in a panic tone.

"Isaac? Was he over?"

"Yes. Sorry," I said guiltily. Now he knows what went down.

"Wait, you didn't know Isaac was here?"

"He's not in the house," Stilinski said.

My heart was clogged in my throat and I was gasping for air.

"Ara! Are you okay?"

"N-no. Isaac was in the house when I left. He can't be gone!" I yell clutching onto his shoulder. My breath shortens, and I go dizzy. I slowly drop to my knees and yelp.

"Someone get me an oxygen tank and take her in the ambulance!" sheriff yelled.

"But Isaac!" I yell as paramedics are dragging me away.

"We'll find him..." he said, his voice trailing off as they shut my behind the cold metal doors of the ambulance.
