My heart sank all the way down to hell.

"MOM? MOM!" i yelled. "PLEASE WAKE UP. COME ON. PLEASE!"

I heard Alevia outside the door, "Hey Tyler! You unlocked the door!" she said. I looked back as she walked in. She immediately began to cry and she ran towards me and the cold body of my mother.

Tyler and Josh walked in and didn't speak."I'll call 911." said Josh. I cried, and cried, and kept crying. I felt a warm hand on my shoulder, it was Tyler. "Lux, I'm so so sorry" he said. I didn't say anything, I just looked at him. Then I buried my head in his shoulders and sobbed.

-------------------------------------------------3 hours later:
"We have a female, about in her mid 30's, she's unconscious." I hear the doctors say as they rush my mom into the ER.

I sat outside in the waiting room 'till they called my name. A few moments later, a nurse called "Lux and Alevia Chavez?" We slowly stood up, and followed the nurse to a room.

It was my mothers.

I saw her cold pale body laying on the hospital bed, the typical smell of hospital, and the sound of monitor in the background of my thoughts. I walked closer to the bed, with Alevia hiding behind me. Tears slowly started coming out of my eyes. "Mom?" I whispered. All of a sudden Alevia ran out towards my mom from behind me and knelt down next to the bed and began to cry. At first very quietly, then quickly escalating to loud.

The doctor walked towards me, "Lux?" he asks. "Yes doctor?" "May I speak to you outside?" he says. "Is she going to be okay doctor?" I asked worriedly. "Her lungs look pretty contaminated, and her blood levels seem really high I don't think she's going to make it sweetheart..." he says. "Do you have another guardian that can take care of you guys?" he asks. I look down to the floor and don't speak for a moment, "yes we do, but uh... he's always working," I said lying. "Okay, well why don't you try to give him a call and see if he can watch you and your sister?" he said kindly.

I dial my dads number. "Hello?" says a woman on the other line. "Who's this?" i say rolling my eyes, this is so typical, every time I call him for anything there's usually always another woman answering the phone. "I'm Redisa, this is-" i cut her off. "Okay yeah whatever, can i speak to Valentin?" I say, I seriously have no patience with the women hooking up with my dad. "Um, okay.. who's this?" she asks, "None of your goddamn business, but if you must know I'm his daughter, now pass him over to me." I say. Im getting so fucking inpatient right now. "Okay.." she says.
"Hello?" I hear my dad say. "Dad it's me" I say. "Lux, what do you need" he says. "I need you to stop with whatever bitch your fucking right now and come with your family right now." I say angrily. Now I've really lost it. I hate speaking to my dad like this, but its kinda hard to show him any "respect" if he doesn't really deserve it.
"Okay," he says flatly. "where are you guys?" he asks.

"At the hospital in downtown next to the event center."
