Maya's POV
*Beep Beep Beep!*
"Ughhhh" I said as I was rolling out of bed. I can't stand mornings and it's worse on school days. Let's just say people don't really consider me normal at school.
I go to my closet and try to find what I'm gonna wear today. People consider me as a nerd or a nobody. I've been bullied almost my whole life but I just shrug it off I mean I kind of gotten used to it by now.
I've always liked dressing up pretty and nice but sense people don't see me like that I have to keep my reputation for the bullies so they can actually hate on something. Hey I like to help them out a bit I mean they wouldn't be anything If I weren't here.
Today I didn't feel like picking up Riley because well getting pushed onto the lockers and getting slapped in the face and people tripping you over constantly usually makes your body sore. So I texted Riley to come over.
🦄=Riley 🍑=maya (you get it? Peaches. Tehe)
🍑-hey Riley can you pick me up today instead my body hurts from yesterday.😕
🦄-sure and omg what happened! Is it because the gym teacher made you run a mile again?!?😦
🍑-kinda but also because you know bullies+me=pain :/
🦄-Okay I'll be there in like 3 minutes! Don't move a muscle peaches don't want to get my best friend hurt ;)❤️

"Who's there!? I yelled even though I knew it was Riley.
"I don't know, who could it be?" She yelled
"Riley you told me to stay put so I did! The doors unlocked you may come in!"
Riley walks in and she sees how injured I look (maya has a cast on her leg and is using crutches) she runs up to me and asks me if I'm okay anxious and nervous for an answer. "I'm fine Riley. I promise." I say giving her a fake smile. I know she didn't believe what I was saying but she shook it off.
"Okay well then let's go to school!" Riley says, grabbing my arm to help me up and then we walked out the door. Of course I was behind her, I mean I had crutches and a cast. I thought 'Hopefully today is going to be the best day it could ever be!" Well, I thought wrong.
