It's been a couple days sense Riley bought us the necklaces. She hasn't been hanging with her usual 'girl friends', she's been hanging out with me a lot more. Always having sleepovers with me at mine or hers house, going shopping at small boutiques around town. You know, the usual girly things. Today we came in walking to school together talking about all the drama in school and how all of it is so stupid. We just laughed at everything, having a fun time.
I got to my locker and sense Riley is my locker buddy she comes with me. I turn to her and I see a new kid walking into school. He's pretty cute, but not my type. I can see we could become the best of friends. So I walk up to him. "Hey Riley I'll be right back." "Okay." She said with a smirk on her face. I just chuckle at her because she thinks I have an interest in him. "Hey new kid trying to find your locker?" I said jokingly. He just laughs a little scratching the back of his neck. "Actually yes I am" "Great just show me the number and I'll take you to it. By the way, my names Maya." I smile, "Thanks and I'm Andrew." I take him to his locker which is right beside mine. "Here's your locker, if you need anything else my locker is right here" I point to my locker, "I think we'll be great friends" I say smiling. I really do believe we'll become really great friends. "Great! So..... Can you show me where my first class is? This place is pretty big." He asked. "Sure just hand me your schedule." He passes it to me and I was really surprised. "How weird....we have all the same classes. But don't worry I don't bite." I said smirking. He knew I was joking around. You can tell I wasn't flirting I'm not that type of person.
