We were walking to class and sense I have the same class with my friends for every period I'm kind of glad I don't get trampled sense they are right there.

We see Lucas and Farkle in class talking. Once we walk in we sat down right away because the bell rang. Mr.Matthews, my favorite teacher, came into the class and greeted us. "Okay today I'll be having a meeting and they couldn't find a substitute for you guys so that means you guys are on your own." Yes! That means I can just draw what I'm feeling. Great so far! "But only because I trust you guys. Sense I won't be here no homework today so you guys should be excited!" Okay just because I'm labeled the nerd and I like math and other subjects does not mean I like homework. Stupid stereo types. I'm actually pretty exited!

"I should get going... I'm locking the door so you guys don't roam the halls and there is a bathroom in here so I think you'll be fine."

(Magical unicorn seconds later)

"So guys what do you want to do?" Lucas asked. I usually don't listen or hangout with them because well.... Lucas is captain of the football team, Riley is the head cheerleader, and Farkle is known as 'the hot genius' so pretty much I'm the non popular in the group so I can't blame myself for not giving a shit.

So instead I put my ear buds in and leave them to it. I try to find my sketch pad in my bag sense I feel like drawing.

"Where's what?" The three said in a unison. "Oops, did I say that out loud?" I said slightly turning towards them blushing. "Yup!" The three said together and started laughing. I just rolled my eyes and took out my song book instead. I've always liked writing songs just no one knows I sing. Not even Riley knows.

"Hey what you doing?" Lucas asked. Ugh just his name is dreamy. Lucas Lucas Lucas. I have to stay quiet about my crush I mean the only people who know are Riley and Farkle. Riley because she's my best friends and we have rings, and Farkle because I tell him all my secrets and he's like a brother to me so he will keep my secrets hidden.

"What do you want ranger Rick?" I snapped because I was seriously not in the mood to talk to a hot guy when I'm writing a song about my feelings.

"Woah calm down Penelope, I just wanted to ask if I can go to your house today for that science project that's due on Friday."

"Oh yeah of course you can! My parents won't be home so atleast your gonna be my company for today." I say. He starts to laugh at what I say and once we stop laughing we just look into each other's eyes for like 20 seconds which feels like forever. I break the silence and ask "hey where are Riley and Farkle?"

"Oh i don't know they just said they needed to go print something in the library." I knew exactly what she's up to. Her father gave her the key to the doors for emergencies and made up a fake excuse just for me and Lucas to have some 'alone time' together.

"Who's a 'bitch'?" He asked smirking.

"I said that out loud didn't I" I say blushing. It's pretty embarrassing when you say what your thinking out loud.

"We're back!" Sang Riley and Farkle. "So what did you guys do?" Riley said smirking and I just gave her a death glare. I mouthed to her 'you're dead'. Lucas just looked confused and broke the silence saying "we just talked and she called someone a bitch which she still hasn't told me who yet and yeah." They all looked at me and I just shrugged and went back to writing.
