Chapter 13

" Let's see what's inside of here." Wyatt said as he picked up the book.
" Does this have like a invisible lock or something?" He said after struggling to open the book.
" Let me see that." Stacy stated as snatched the book from Wyatt.
When she failed , everyone else tried to open the book.
" If you guys Couldn't open it, I probably can't either." Trina insisted.
" Just give it a go." Stephanie said as passed the book to Trina.
When she flipped the cover of the book, it opened. And everyone immediately looked over her shoulder.
" What's that?" Xander asked as he pointed to something engraved on the inside of the back cover.
" Do any of you guys know what that says?" Maria asked.
" It's written in Italian, which is my second language." Trina stated.
" Then tell us what it says." Stacy snapped.
" The seven shall lose their memory then gain it once again , and end up in a world far from what they have ever known. Now they shall go back to where they have started, but they is not all." Trina translated.
As everyone looked up from the book, they found themselves back at the camp site they were at two months ago. They stood in front of a campfire, where a class of elementary school kids, 4th graders it seemed, were looking at a young lady who was telling them a story, so nobody noticed the teens.
" Wait, where is Stephanie?" Tara whispered as everyone scanned the area for her.
" I don't know, but let's hear what this teacher is saying. It might be something valuable." Fel suggested.
" One thousand years ago, there was a class of twelfth graders here. They were having a good time until seven kids disappeared."
" Who were they?" A little girl asked
" Apparently they were five girls and two boys. Anyways they were found, two months later. But no one knows where they are now a days..."
" Probably they are right there." A boy stated as he pointed at the teens, who had faces of shock and fear.
" Oh hello, what are you guys doing here?"
" Uh, we just wanted to ask you what year it is. Our class is at another campsite near by." Xander said.
" Oh, it's 3016." The teacher said in a confused tone.
" Ok, thanks." Stacy replied as she and the others walked next to a tree, Far away from the campfire.
" Wasn't it...." Maria started
" Yeah, it really has been a thousand years."
Tara said in shock.
" If it has been a thousand years, then does that mean Stephanie has been missing for a thousand years?" Fel questioned.
