*The alarm clock starts*I looked at it really annoyed by the sound, and turn the alarm off. It's 7:00am, just another boring day. Everyday, I wake up so I can eat, play on my Game Cube and keep the house clean. Seriously nothing else, I played all of my games and there's nothing fun to do.
I honestly hate my life, my mom never like Pokémon, she doesn't want me to become a Pokémon Trainer nor interact with them at all.
I went down stairs and noticed that my mom isn't here. She left a note saying: "Getting some groceries with Professor Birch's wife." So I picked up a remote control and watch TV. All that the news in Hoenn talks about are the Pokémon Contests. I went through the channels and there is a news reporting in Kanto.
Reporter: We are live in the Indigo Plateau with Professor Oak. Right now, we saw Blue raging outside of the building. What exactly happened here Professor?
Oak: No need of formalities, just call me Oak. What happened is that my grandson Blue just become the Kanto's Pokémon League Champion and less than 10 minutes of being the champion, he lost his title to Red the current Champion.
Reporter: Amazing! Is it true that he completed the Pokédex for you?
Oak: Well I did ask him as a favor. A long the way of completing it, he decided to battle the Gyms, stop Team Rocket from their wicked schemes and challenge the Pokémon League.
Suddenly, a guy walked behind the professor. He had an emotionless face.
?: Professor, here's my Pokédex.
Oak: Thanks Red.
Reporter: Champion Red, can you have a moment please.
Red: No, I'm no longer the champion. Lance is now the new champion.
Reporter: Wait, what happened? What made you change your mind?
Red: I need to train more.
He climb on a orange looking dragon Pokémon and fly off in the sky.
Reporter: Well, we will end this report soon. As you viewers saw, Red is no longer the champion. Word on the street says that he is truly a legendary Pokémon trainer by saving the citizens from Team Rocket, completing the Pokédex and becoming a Champion. Can someone even compare to him? This is Mindy, let's get back to the studio.
Suddenly the front door opened, I was surprised by my mom entering the house with some groceries. I stand up and help her put everything on the fridge.
Mom: It's a surprise that your in the living room instead of your room Artemis.
Me: I already passed all of my games. I wanted to ask you to buy me some more.
Mom: Ok, I'll buy new games tomorrow.
Me: Mom, since I'm 19 years old, can I start deciding what to do with my life?
Mom: What do you wanna do? Work at the Pokémon Center, the PokéMart...
Me: I... Want to become a Pokémon trainer.
Mom: No, I clearly told you not to interact with Pokémon.
Me: Yeah, but your suggestions involves interacting with them too.
Mom: I meant that I don't you getting involved in Pokémon battles. They're too dangerous. Never speak about this again and go to your room!
Me: I do rather be in my room than with you.
I went upstairs to my room. I felt bad for what I said, but I was furious about her idea of deciding what to do in my life. I never got the chance to be a trainer to begin with, a 19 year old starting her journey, doesn't even sound right. I want to become a trainer, I need to become a trainer and... I will.
I broke my green dress on the sides, put a belt around my hips, put some black socks and a pair of Converse and wear a white Pokémon beanie. I jumped through the window. I ran to reach the exit of Littleroot Town until I heard someone scream.?: Stooooooop!
A/N: I going to add some buildings in some towns and cities in the story. I'm not gonna detail everything or the story will be more longer than it should.
