Visiting Home, a Sudden Truth

It's been 2 weeks since I've been hospitalized thanks to Steven, I wouldn't have the money to pay for it.

I wanted to visit my mom before I challenge the final gym. I'm with Dante and Vidarr, Steven have some stuff to do. I'm flying on my Skarmory, Dante was on his Latios and Vidarr are on Dante's Salamance.

Dante: This is so cool! I'm honored to meet your mother.

Vidarr: It's been a while since I visited Littleroot.

Me: Hey, everything will be okay. It's only a small visit anyways.

Dante: I bet she looks just like , but more mature.

Vidarr: Are you serious Dante?

Me: Actually, I look like my father, at least that's what my mother said.

I stared at the distance for a while.

Dante: Is there something I don't know?

Vidarr: Artemis' father walked away from home when she was just 2 years old.

Me: Almost 18 years... I can't even remember his face nor his voice. Sometimes, I think that the reason why mom didn't let me start my journey was because of my father.

Dante: That will explain alot!

Vidarr: We are arriving.

We landed in front of my home. I was nervous, it's been a while since I talked to her. I didn't dare to knock.

Dante: Let me do it!

He knock the door for me. I notice its being unlock from the other side. My mom opens up and looks at me smiley.

Mom: Welcome home darling!

Me: Hi mother!

We hug each other tightly.

Mom: I'm so glad to see you!

For a moment, she looks suprised. It wasn't at me, it was to Vidarr.

Mom: Oh my Arceus! Vidarr, you've grown so much!

Vidarr: Thanks, nice to see you too.

Mom: And who is this handsome fella?

Dante: See Arty, even your mom calls me handsome. Well hello beautiful, my name is Dante.

Me: You gotta be kidding me.

All of a sudden, some kids arrived in front of my home. They all look happy at Dante. They all started to scream at Dante as if he was a celebrity. I guess they never saw a gym leader before.

Dante: You guys go ahead, I'll talk with them for a while.

The kids screamed happily and Dante walked away with the children.

Vidarr: I'll leave you with your mother and daughter moment, I want to visit them now.

Me: I bet, they will be happy to see you.

Vidarr smiles and walks next door. I entered in my home and sit near the table.

Mom goes to the kitchen, starts preparing something and looks through the window.

Mom: Nice Skarmory, I bet you have 6 or more badges by now.

Me: Yeah! I have 7 gym badges, later today, I was planning to challenge the 8th gym.

Mom: Wow! You become that strong in just 7 months?

Me: Yeah, but I'm still learning lots of stuff about Pokémon and the world.
