Devon Corporation's Party (Part 1)

We stayed at Britney's house last night. It's been three weeks since I started this journey and finally were reaching Rustboro City.

Me: You ready Dante?

Dante: Yeah! I already want to party!

Me: I know and I still don't know what to wear. Should I go fancy or simple?

Dante: You're not a fancy type, but I get that you want to get attention from Steven, so you should go fancy.

Me: Yeah I should.

We reach Rustboro City, as expected Devon Corporation will be closed for the day.

Dante: Well, I guess we will report our mission this night or tomorrow.

Me: If that's a case, you don't mind if I go shopping!

Dante: It's your life, I have no right to control you.

Me: ... Bipolar.

I walk away heading to the shopping area. Most of the clothing are fancy, I am worried about the prices in this area ,but when I checked, it was on good prices.

Dante's POV:

I like parties and alot, but this time around, the only person I know that will be there is Artemis. The thing is she will be all googling and drooling about Steven, so I don't expect to have much fun with her. I guess I have to find a date.

I went to the store and bought the first clothes that got my interest. I was about get out, but the alarm started to sound. Then, officer Jenny came and checks my bag. Wait...

Me: Omg! Officer Jenny your here!

Jenny: Yeah, I'm around Rustboro City all day. My sister has her turn at night.

Me: So you work at daytime and your sister at night time? Do you know if your sister is going to work at Devon Corp?

Jenny: I think so, and I already remove the tiny device that causes the alarms to activate.

Me: Oh thank you, well do you mind if you can go to party, I mean, I'm officially invited by Steven and stuff.

I did a wink to Jenny, until she grab her notebook and started writing. She give a ticket to me and left. Dammit! Now I have to pay 5,000 PokeCoins for harrasment, but below the police ticket it said that her sister can come with me to the party since she is in need for a date. She even gave me her number and her address!

Me: Finally a date with officer Jenny!

I scream out loud because of the excitment. People are looking at me weirdly but I didn't mind. The current Jenny that's working now was trying to hide her face. Not my fault that their parents decided to call all of their daughters Jenny.

I decided to head the apartment and cook something before Artemis gets here.

Artemis' POV

I went to the beauty salon to straighten my hair and bought some make up for the party. I went to the apartment Dante rent until tomorrow. It smell like something is burning. I rushed inside.

Me: Dante, the food!

Apperently Dante left the food cook on its own.

Dante: I'm going!

I turn off the stove but there is still fire on the food. Dante rush in with a cup of water an throw it. The fire has been extinguished.

Me: You're so lucky the fire alarm didn't turn on or we would have been kick out!
