Sitting in the green house, waiting, hoping, begging that Jason would come. It had been 3 days since our kiss, that day at the bowling alley. And when we had gotten back it was a walk to my dorm and a kiss on the cheek. "How romantic." I said aloud, Well in a way I guess it was...I mean, aside from the whole 'left Alex unconscious in the parking lot' thing.
But Jason can't be blamed for that! It was purely self-defence. Although for a split second I saw Jason's eyes go white and Alex almost froze. I-
"Samantha?" Jason called from the entry way of the greenhouse. Jason cleared his throat and came and sat on the wooden seat next to me. He sighed and turned abruptly to face me. "Sam, I have some confessions to make." Jason said, inhaling deeply. "Sam... Do you remember what Mrs. Brown said in history? About the 4 people that had these powers and one of them had a curse put on them, well you already know that April is an Amore. But her, and her family weren't the ones that were cursed...can you remember who was?" Jason finished.
It clicked. Like a gear that finally started spinning. Every time Jason touched me I was on fire one minute and then steam was coming of us. Its pure chemistry. When ice finds fire it creates steam. STRENT! "Your the cursed one! You...your family...I...but...your nice...how? no!" My words came out in sputters. He couldn't be cursed. Thats just- NO!
"Sam listen," Jason said soothingly. "Alex punched me because..." Jason trailed off. Almost as if he just zoned out. "Because only he knows how to break the curse. When I turn 18, I will go mad and start lying to every one I love." Jason finished with a catch in has voice. I couldn't take it anymore. I ran. I ran hard and fast. My chest was about to collapse in on its self. I had to find some way to break the curse! With Jason calling after me I couldn't look back. I just kept on- OOMPH! Can I not finish any sentence?!
"Umm...ow!" I complained rubbing my head. "Oh, Sam I umm, I didn't see you there. I'm so sorry, are you okay?" A male voice spoke. I checked the damage, nothing but a bruise. "Sorry but who are you? I don't recognise you." I asked the tall Chinese looking guy. The guy chuckled and smiled at me. "Nothing like having the most popular girl in school, not remember your name. I'm Ricky Small. I'm in your Traveller 101 class." Ricky said.
HANG ON!!!! REWIND!!!
"Did you just say 'most popular girl in school'?" I asked him. He nodded and further explained.
"Well yeah, you are. I mean come on! Your smart, funny, hanging out with Emma AND April! Not to mention you have Alex Sim and Jason Strent falling at your feet. And your smoking hot!" Ricky exclaimed. "Okay. 1st of all...umm eew, 2nd, I don't have Alex and Jason falling at my feet and thirdly, what's wrong with hanging out with Emma and April? Wait, I don't want to know." I said sassily. Ricky stared at me like I was a bitch, but honestly...I have kind of become one.
It was a total accident. I guess its from hanging out with Emma AND April...their cat fights are rubbing off. Great.
Ricky kicked the dirt and poked his head around the corner. "Do you know whats in there?" He said quietly. I shook my head and looked over my shoulder. It was the metal container thing. But I couldn't see any heat waves emanating from it. "No." I said, I turned around. "I do." He said and Ricky Small was gone. Why does everyone just randomly leave!? Grrr!! Great.
Sometimes I wonder if my life was a movie. That if you didn't like the start you could skip to the ending. No? I think I'm the only one that does that. Meh.
Hannah popped up next to me. "SAM! They're you are! We've been looking everywhere for you! Where have you been? Both Alex AND Jason have been up to our dorm looking for you. It was so awkward for me though, you know, I use to have a thing for both of them but I guess thats done. So. Whats been happening." Hannah said in a big, peppy rush. Her red hair was done up into a messy bun and she was wearing her 'sleep over' clothes. That could only mean....
"SLEEP OVER!" I shouted in excitement. Hannah I both jump there at the same time. I finally have almost got the hang of it! We knocked on our purple door and it swung open. A loud rush of 'I DONT CARE. I LOVE IT' music, came out of the door, but that wasn't the shocking thing. The shocking thing that April opened the door. And she and Emma were laughing. Yay I guess. I smiled and laughed as I walked through the door. The girls were in Pj's and eating junk food. April and Emma went and sat on the couch, and Saige and Brittany were dancing and singing.
After all the eating of the chips, we moved onto chocolate. The song 'Chloe' by Emblem 3 came on. My eyes immediately darted to April. She loves Emblem 3. Apparently so does the others coz they got up and wear laughing and dancing.
Our fun was cut off by a knocking at our door. I stood up from my bean bag and stumbled over to the door. The music was turned down in the background as I opened the door to a drunk, wet Alex. He slurred and then collapsed onto me with a loud OOMPH!

I love cliff hangers. I'm think of writing a sequel.... What do you think? T.H isnt over yet but just thought i would put the idea out there :) keep on reading my pretties.
