Plot: Liam and Louis used to be bestfriends in preschool, but as soon as Louis and Liam both turned fourteen they got split up, Liam having to attend a private school, whilst Louis attends a public school four blocks around, and lets just say, Liam really could do with his bestfriend being with him.

I sort of changed the plot slightly, sorry :)

Liam was standing quietly at his bus stop, hands in his blazer pockets and head staring at his shoes. Liam had just turned sixteen, and he dreaded school, getting up in the morning and having to trundle down to the bus stop himself, rain, hail or shine.

Every morning he watched he's bestfriend wander out of his home, his shirt untucked and shoelaces undone, and don't get him started on his hair. But what hurt Liam the most was the fact that Louis always walked to school laughing and joking around with his new buddies, always with his arms wrapped around their necks loosely or shoving each other playfully, Liam had none of that.

Liam glanced across at Louis who was staring down at his mobile phone, a smile pressed onto his lips as he typed his reply, his shaggy feathery hair covering his right eye and his pants showing off Louis' perfect curves.

He caught Louis' staring across at him, and quickly turned his face away, trying to hide the large bruise that covered the right side of his face. Liam never told his mother the truth, he always told her a complete lie, because if she found out, he'd be moved to boarding school over in Ireland. He told his parents he got his bruises and busted lips from boxing lessons or football, (Liam never attended boxing lessons) which was kind of true, because just yesterday Liam was standing in the change room, feeling arkward as ever and completely uncomfortable about the fact he had to get changed in front of everybody, so instead he got changed in the shower and whilst he was gone they stole his English book and tore pages out of it.

Liam was relieved when the bus pulled up and he was able to escape away from Louis, the older male now staring at Liam through the bus window in attempt to see the others face, before he's friends started tugging him on the arm and asking him questions, but Louis was to concerned about his bestfriend he hardly saw running laps in his front yard anymore.

Liam caught the bus home missing half of his uniform that afternoon, his brand new nikes being stolen before he even got to wear them and his sport shorts were thrown down the toilet and he wasn't able to participate in track.
He was sitting up against his house fence staring at his brand new nikes that were now soaked in water, spolit and unwearable because the tongue was missing and the shoelaces were cut up into pieces.

He shook his head tossing the pair of shoes across the footpath, watching them roll to a stop on Louis' front lawn. He then stood up, limping up to his front door and ignoring his sister as he rushed up to his room, slamming the door and making sure the door was locked, before he buried his face deep into his pillow, clutching the sides as he sobbed loudly, muttering things about being cursed.

The next morning Liam stood in the rain, staring across at Louis who was placing the garage bin by the side of the road, he glanced up giving Liam a quick wave and a polite smile, getting ready to call out across the road when he saw Liam turn his back towards him and hobble onto the bus, holding his backpack straps tightly. Louis stood by the side of the road, watching the bus pull out of the spot and shift off down the road, just by seeing Liam's dull face he knew those bruises weren't from boxing or football training, like Liam's mother had said, it was much worse.
