Chapter 12: I'm Karma The Red

"Go ahead.... Don't mind me......" Karma's brother said then took a seat on the sofa and leaned-seemed like he wanted to enjoy the view between them.

"Nii-san? What are you doing here?" Karma let Nagisa to hide behind him.

"This is my home, though.... Is it wrong for me, if I'm back to my own house?" Karma's brother stretched his arms, "it's been months since I choose to stay in the HQ..... So lonely....." He sighed, "you're meanie, Karma.... I know that you have a girlfriend now, but it doesn't mean that you can leave me alone...."

"Do I have time to babysit you, nii-san?" Karma grumbled.

"But.... But......" Karma's brother whined, "you know that I can't face those newshawks by myself.... They're stalking me all day......" He cried but then threw his sight to Nagisa who was standing behind Karma, "she's......." He looked at Nagisa sharply, "shy, huh? Well..... That's cute...." He smiled, "but.... You look better in a dress, dear.... A cute girl's suppose to look like a cute girl, isn't she?"

Nagisa and Karma flinched at the same time. They almost forgot that Nagisa's still in male clothes. It couldn't be helped, since Karma's brother came home in sudden; but they could relieve that he didn't notice Nagisa's true self.

"So..... What's your name?" Karma's brother started the interview.

"Na.... Nagisa...." Nagisa blushed and his voice was low.

"........ So... Cute....." Karma's brother muttered, "and.... Where are you fr__"

Before he could continue, Karma pulled his arm, "oh! Look at the time! What time is it?? Nii-san, your break time is over, isn't it? You better hurry...." He pushed his brother to the front door.

"Ah!! You right!!!" Karma's brother checked his watch, "before I go.... Karma, you have to notice me as quick as you can if Nagisa-chan's pregnant, ok?"

"Eh!!???" Karma and Nagisa startled, looking at each other.

After his brother left, Karma sighed heavily then locked the front door. He didn't understand why did his brother can unlock the door and entering without being noticed by himself. Did his brother have thief skill?

"... Or... It was my own fault to leave the door unlocked earlier...." He muttered.

"Karma-kun, your brother is insane, isn't he?" Nagisa said cynically.

"Yeah, some kind of..."

"....and... What did he want actually? To come here and did nothing?? Plus... He left some presents for us...." Nagisa pointed at the coffee table.

There were short belts with different colors on it. Nagisa observed them closely, then he realized something. He looked at Karma who was stepping to the living room.

"Karma-kun... I wonder...." Nagisa grabbed the belts, ".... Why do they have different colors?"

Karma sighed then sat down on the sofa. He closed his eyes briefly, "the colors determine the clans..." He stared at the chockers in Nagisa's hand, "I think you know about the clans... The 5 clans: Red, Blue, Purple, Green and Yellow... And..... The story started as soon as the new leader of the Red clan was being coronated; he started the war with the other clans to take over the authority of their lands.... It made most people of the other clans died and the remains were forced to become slaves of the Red clan..."

Nagisa gulped, "you mean...."

"I'm Karma the Red, Nagisa-kun...." Karma smiled, "and you should know that the land where your feet are on now is the Red Capital...."

Nagisa's heart throbbed fast and the sweat dropped on his face. His hands trembled and his mouth locked as he saw Karma stood up and aimed his gun at him again.

"There was 1 clan which was difficult to be beaten, though..... It was the Blue...." Karma chuckled, "what a funny story that the Red leader did something and it could destroy all the Blue's people and they killed one another.... Then, the Red leader drowned them into a sea of flame..." His amber eyes were keener, "we're sure that there's no survivor of the Blue clan.... But..... The fact is...... you're here....... Nagisa-kun..."

"Ka... Karma-kun... What do___"

"Don't play amnesia with me, Nagisa-kun.... I know that you regain your memory as you saw the flag's emblem on the TV earlier...." Karma's finger was on the trigger, "you're Nagisa the Blue, aren't you?" He threw a smirk, "you're so lucky that can be here alive, but.... Let see how far your luck with this gambling.... I have one random real bullet in my gun and hope that the next shot won't kill you instantly, Nagisa-kun..." He pressed the trigger.
