2 months later

Beep Beep Beep *

The sound of my alarm went off and I had to get ready for school. The thought of going back to school made me grunt. Today was my first day of being a Senior in high school , i was excited but not excited to be back in school . I got up and went to go brush my teeth and take a shower , I put on a mint colored peplum top , a pair of light blue skinnies and my mint flats , with my gold chain and gold bracelet on. I let my long curly hair down and flipped my bangs. I sprayed my Victoria secret spray on and  I looked at myself in the mirror one last time ,I was feeling myself a little cause the jeans I had on showed off my little bubble booty, I just laughed at myself . I then realized what time it was then heard my phone buzz , and saw Taylor calling me. "You outside ?"  I asked already knowing the answer. "Yea girl come outside and Holla back !"  oh god this girl is to crunk in the morning , I just laughed and hung up. I grabbed my handbag and my keys and was headed out the door to her jeep. When we arrived at school everyone was coming up to us and complimenting us, shit my best friend was looking good too , she had on her bread 11's on , with her leather pants, and a red and black varsity shirt on and she had her head shaved on one side of her head with her long wavy hair that reaches to her butt . We've been best friends for seven years now and were really close but were also real diverse . I'm the more shy, quiet , and more to myself type of girl while she's the more outgoing , loud , and doesn't give a fuck about anything type of girl. Other than that we were just alike . I'm 5'0 and she's 5'3 , so were both short and skinny but we have little bubble booties that stick out, she's was more chocolate colored skin complexion and I was around the cocoa complexion , and were both from the islands . We went to the office to get our schedules , and we had 2nd , 4th , & 5th period & lunch together ,"Alright Elle , ill see you second period I got to go meet up with my man unless you want to come too?''  she asked ''ha-ha nah you can go meet up with your man , ill just go to class" I said not wanting to get in the way with her and her man "Awwwww , alright love see ya second period ." she said apologizing and I just nodded and was on my way to class. I sat down on the seat I felt more comfortable in and waited for everyone else to come in cause I was a little early to class and as I was waiting I looked up and saw one of the most prettiest things I've ever seen. It was a guy about 5'11 , caramel skin tone, and a smile that you would break your neck for. He took a glance at me and I think he caught me jocking him a little so I quickly looked down . I saw him coming towards my table and my heart skipped a beat a little but I tried to play it cool. He came up to my table and did that smile that almost made me die inside . "Hey is anyone sitting here ?" He asked . "Oh, no you can sit here" I said moving my bag. I tried not smile so hard but I couldn't help it , dude was too fine.

Finally, it was lunch time and Tay and I already drove to McDonalds before lunch to get food. So we went into the cafeteria and looked for the table we were going sit at. We sat down and started eating our food then our best friend Drew , but we call him D and his guy friends call him Lil D, came and sat down with us. "Yooo wassup jiiits ?!" he said hugging us . "Hey Drew!"  Taylor and I said simultaneously. We started catching up on everything that happened over the summer because Drew went to Georgia for the whole summer , and we never could get in touch with him. "Yo I'm tryna tell you there some fine ass girls in ATL I did not want to leave no flex , but you know I had to come back and see my home girls, so wassup with yall?" . He asked. "Well I have a boyfriend now that I met in the summer , since you want to leave me for some ATL girls" Taylor said playfully, but for some reason I knew she low key had feelings for dude. "Nahh it aint even like that Tay , but wassup with you Elle ?, you still go with Devon?" . My heart sank as soon as he mentioned dude's name. "Nah we broke up two months ago , but I'll explain everything to you later" Taylor knew how I felt about the subject so she started patting my back . "Awhhh Elle, Just know that dude lost a beautiful , sweet, funny, and smart lady." He said smiling and I smiled back. "Awhhh, thank you D " . I noticed Taylor was a little jealous cause it was written all over her face but it soon faded away when Jaylin came to the table. "wassup baby?" he said sitting down then gave her a kiss , he gave Drew a dap and waved at me , I just smiled and waved back. It was the first time I've seen dude in person and their was something about him that looked so familiar but I just couldn't put my finger on it. "Aye, Elle ill be back" Drew said getting up , I just nodded and he walked away. Great, he left me alone here to be a third wheel. I just started to eat my food while they kept baby talking to each other, but then I looked up to see Jordan walking towards our table. I was getting so nervous for some reason. When he came up o the table,  He gave Jaylin a dap "Yo, wassup twin?" then it clicked, he was Jaylin's twin, Taylor's always talking about. She really wanted me and dude together cause she thought it would be cool if we dated twins ,I laughed inside. "Yo Elle, this is Jordan , Jaylin's twin , Jordan this is Christelle, my best friend." Taylor said introducing us .Jordan smiled at me , and I smiled back. "Nice to meet you , Christelle." he said jokingly. I laughed and played along "likewise" I responded. 

Ring Ring *

The bell rung and I was ready to go home , Taylor gave me her keys so I can drive myself home cause she went somewhere with Jaylin. As I was walking towards the jeep , a Tall figure blocked my way , I looked up to see it was Jordan , a smile grew on my face. "wassup ma ?" he said. "How do I always end up bumping into you ?" I asked playfully. "I don't know , destiny ?" he said smiling , I couldn't help but smile back , but I just realized what I was doing . "Umm , I gotta go , see ya later" .I lied , I really had nowhere to go. "Wait why so fast , where you gotta be at ?" .. he asked. "Umm, I gotta go feed my cat" . I lied again , he just started laughing and I had too laugh at too. "Ha-ha , Alright Elle , see you around." he said then walked away. I was starting to get butterflies in my stomach which was not a good sign and I caught myself staring at him again I came back into reality and I hopped into the jeep , and drove to the gas station then straight home . When I pulled into my driveway I saw Jordan walking out his house without a shirt and some gym shorts, this is the first time I've seen dude come outside since he moved here , and he was looking hella fine without a shirt. I got out the car and he was looking at me then he finally smiled. I waved at him and he waved back . As soon as I went home I got a message from my sister telling me she will be coming home late , I knew she was out partying with her college friends and her boyfriend so it looks like I was home alone for a few more hours. I went upstairs to my bedroom and took off my clothes , took a shower, and brushed my teeth. I went on my bed , turned on my radio, and started reading until I fell asleep.
