Someone may act aloof, cold and 'bitchy' for a reason. Sometimes, the family they grew up with affects the way they treat other people- not everyone's born into a loving and supportive famiiy.
Sometimes, they act so maldita towards others because of the way they have been treated in the past. A person can be so mentally, emotionally and physically damaged that it can lead to a cold and sassy attitude which makes them seem unapproachable and indifferent.
At the end of the day, you just have to be understanding and considerate. Everyone's facing their own battle. It's either you let them be or be ready to be treated with their 'kamalditahan' and suck it up!
