The Ring of Love 2 (Legolas fanfic) [ COMPLETED]

Opening of the portal

As the night came and the moon was shining on the sky Emily took out the ring and the magical stone and stood up with Ellie. Ellie hold Emily's hand as Emily spoke the magical word 'the ring would find my love' all of a sudden the wind blew, the clouds covered the sky and a tremendous sound of thunder and lighting was heard and all went dark.

'Are we there yet?' Ellie questioned.

'I don't know. I can't see a thing' Emily replied.

'Where are we?' Ellie asked.

'I don't know' Emily growled.

'Ouch! I hit my head' Ellie yelled as she tried to stand up 'What?' Emily laughed finding her response funny 'Oh my gosh! we are underground' Ellie screamed in horror.

'This is not happening' Emily punched the surface. Ellie took out her mini torch, they were inside a long dark tunnel.

'Okay, lets keep crawling we might find a way out' Emily said as they both started to crawl after some minutes 'I see light' Emily yelled as she crawled forward and in a second Ellie heard her scream as she fell down.

'Em' Ellie yelled as she crawled forward and as she reached the edge of the tunnel she saw that her best friend has fallen down from the tunnel that was about twenty feet above the ground and she was unconscious. Ellie got down from the hole slowly and cried 'Emily wake up' she can see that Emily's breathing but her head was bleeding. Ellie took out her scarf and tied it around Emily's head what shall I do now she thought as she began to cry.

'Hello there?' Said a voice as Ellie turned and saw a short man shorter than a dwarf next to her. She screamed 'Don't be scared' he smiled 'I'm Sam'.

'Sam, please help me my friend is hurt' Ellie begged.

'Oh no!' Sam gasped as he yelled 'frodo, pippin, merry'. Sam carried Emily on his arms and they walked forward. This young man is strong even though he's small Ellie thought.

Then she saw three similar folks, Sam introduced them to Ellie as they walked towards the shire. 'Who are you people?' Ellie questioned.

'We are hobbits' pippin smiled.

'Hobbits oh my goodness! Emily would be so excited to see you all' Ellie gasped.

'So, what were you doing in these woods? Men don't travel here much?' merry asked, Ellie lied that they were on an adventure and Emily fell down.

As they reached the shire Ellie saw that it was a small village and everyone lived under small holes like a rabbit burrow. 'It's beautiful' Ellie gasped as the four hobbits took her to frodo's place, they put Emily down on the sofa and mended her wound.

'Just a light cut. It will heal and she will regain consciousness soon' an old man smiled 'I'm Bilbo by the way young lady' he shook her hand. As Ellie introduced herself and had a cup of tea with cookies Emily woke up.

'Where am I?' Emily asked in confusion.

'We are at the shire' Ellie said as she explained everything 'I don't remember a thing' Emily gasped trying to recall everything.

'Rest my lady, no need to stress much you ladies can be my guest' Bilbo smiled as he walked towards the kitchen 'Thank you' Ellie said. As the four hobbits began to question Ellie about where she came from she made up some stupid stories which they believe, Hobbits are innocent folks Ellie thought.

'So do any of you know about the elves?' Ellie questioned.

'No, but I read about them' frodo smiled. They all got excited at the sound of elves they never saw elves in their lives and they were all very interested in them.

'Bilbo's birthday is in three days and our very own Gandalf will be here with fireworks' frodo exclaimed.

'Gandalf! is he the old wizard?' Ellie asked.

'Yes, do you know him?' Frodo questioned.

'Yes, I do' Ellie replied 'where is he now?' She asked.

'He's on his way' Bilbo smiled 'Young lady I'm curious of how you know Gandalf the wizard may I ask?' Bilbo questioned.

'Gandalf I remember' Emily interrupted.

'Emily are you okay?' Ellie asked.

'I don't know, I just want to know what are we doing here and for what?' Emily questioned.

'Did you forget why we came here?' Ellie was in shock 'I hardly remember a thing but I know Gandalf' Emily murmured. The four hobbits looked at each other.

'Loss of memory, I see hope it will return in time' Bilbo said.

'Loss of memory are you serious? This can't be? How will I complete the quest alone?' Ellie yelled.

'What quest?' The hobbits grew curious, Ellie couldn't hide it anymore she told them all about the past from their first visit to middle-earth till date.

'The lady with the ring' Bilbo gasped as he walked forward and took Emily's hand 'I'm honored I could meet you at last' he said bowing his head down.

All the hobbits jumped in excitement, the lady with the ring they danced with joy. Emily and Ellie laughed, Emily re-called a bit about the past from what Ellie told the hobbits but since Ellie didn't speak of Legolas Emily didn't recall about him. It was Bilbo's birthday as Gandalf came riding his cart with a lot of fire works. Frodo went and hugged Gandalf and told him he had a surprise as Gandalf came inside he couldn't belief his eyes 'my lady' he exclaimed as he went forth and hugged Emily tight kissing her head 'I never thought I'd see you again' he said with tears in his eyes. As they sat down for tea Emily explained why they came back, her dreams and the visions she saw.

'The darkness has returned my lady and the whole world is in danger' Gandalf gasped. Everyone gulped. 'Don't worry my lady is here and we will surely find a way out' Gandalf smiled as they all rejoiced. Bilbo's birthday party was a blast as the whole town was invited and everyone had a merry time. The ladies had so much fun eating and dancing with the hobbits. The shire is a beautiful place to live in Emily thought as the birthday got over and she and Ellie got into their beds.
