Chapter 10

"Um, no?" I say. "I told you no weeks ago." I say.

"Well it's happening." He says. "Come on."

It's the eighteenth.

I should've known.

He's made our "date" my high school reunion.

I told him I wasn't going.

Sky is dragging Josh though, and Sadie is dragging Finn because Sky begged me and I told her no, so she harassed Sadie until she said yes.

Well, I guess Finn got to Daniel, and now Daniel is making me go.

I sigh, irritated.

"I thought we were doing something romantic."

"We will." He says. "Tomorrow..."

I roll my eyes, putting my hand in his outstretched one.

He pulls me across the street, checking his phone.

The party is already in full swing.

He drags me around until he finds Finn and Josh.

"Where are the girls?" Daniel asks.

"Conversing." Josh grumbles. "I'm not conversing until I see somebody. Sky is lucky I love her. I should be home watching Netflix or something."

I cross my arms.

"I don't like anybody from this school. They're inappropriate jocks. I've probably been hit on by every single guy in this fucking building."

"That's a bit conceded." Finn snickers.

"It's true." Josh says. "Honestly, it really is."

I move closer to Daniel.

"I'm not in the mood for this. Daniel, you got me so fucking happy."

"I'm going to make up for it." He says.

I scowl.

"Right, like-" I cut off.

A girl with bleach blonde hair is across the room, giving Daniel, Finn, and Josh the fucking googly eyes.

She's mostly giving them to Daniel.

Who the hell does this bitch think she is?

She walks over to the guys.

"Hello." She bats her eyelashes, pushing her boobs up with her arms. "How are you lovely men doing tonight?"

She looks familiar.

She reaches out to put her hand on Daniel's bicep.

I move in front of Daniel.

Her eyes square in on me.

"Who the hell do you think you are?" She asks, angry.

"His wife." I say, taking a step towards her.

Sky walks up with Sadie.

"Guys, the food here sucks, and-who the fuck is this bitch?" Sky glares at the girl.

I narrow my eyes at the blonde in front of me. "You fucking bitch! "You can fucking share, you selfish bitch!" she waves her hand at Daniel. "He's a pretty big guy! He can handle both of us!"
