On the morning of September 1st the nurse came into my room and unbuckled the straps. She led me into the waiting room. She told me that Jeremy was supposed to take me to Hogsmead but he wasn't very mentally stable and seeing me would only upset him more. "What do you mean he's not 'mentally stable?'" The nurse looked down at me.

"All of the current events that have taken place which in is his mind are losing his entire family, can put quite the strain on the mind." I looked down at my feet. "Yeah well I've lost my entire family too, Jer."

"Since Jeremy cannot take you to Hogsmead we will have to arrange for an auror to escort you to King's cross station. It's not ideal but an arour will also have to stay with you for the duration of the train ride to Hogwarts."

I sighed. "So basically I'm going to have a babysitter?" The nurse grimaced, well aware of my short temper. "You are being chaperoned by an auror because of the Daevas. The Daevas possesses your soul, and at the times where it has full control you are a liability to the other students and staff."

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes in frustration. The nurse told me to stay in the waiting room until the auror came.

About fifteen minutes passed before a tall dark skinned man walked into the room. He was wearing leather boots, a leather jacket and had black short-cropped hair. He looked like he wanted to kill everyone in the room.

When his eyes settled on me and he started walking in my direction I glared at the floor.

"Great, my babysitter is probably gonna murder me if the stupid Daevas takes over." I sighed heavily and looked up at the man. "Are you Jade Greystroke?" His voice was deep and had a hint of an accent that I couldn't place in it.

I nodded. "Come with me then." I reluctantly got up and followed the man. He led me out of St. Mungos and into an alleyway. "Now hold my hand we're going to apparate to the train station." I swallowed nervously, knowing I would be completely dizzy and nauseous if we apparated.

I looked up at the man. "Do we have to apparate?" I asked. "Yes, I'm afraid so." And that was the last thing I heard before the world starting spinning and my ears started to pop.
