Phil's P.O.V.

I haven't properly gone out for days... or week? I can't remember. Either way, Dan was gone. I tried hooking up, but I never could actually go all the way... I just wanted Dan...

I was angry upset and just heartbroken and I didn't know what to do, obviously Luke left with his boyfriend, which I didn't mind. He is our partnered CEO so I don't have anything against him, I pity him. How could he be as stupid as me, actually loving Dan. I didn't really work, I just gave it to the other employees and I felt bad because I didn't give them a raise while i still got paid at my normal amount. Oh well...

A day after Dan left, I sent all his stuff to his old house (which he still owned) and I just can't function knowing he isn't here anymore. I didn't have the heart to fire him instead I just moved him to another floor, far away from me as possible. I couldn't just dump him jobless, I wasn't like that...

It was Saturday today, again laying in my bed mourning... come to think of it, Dan didn't look so great himself- whatever he's the one who used me in the first place. He probably broke his phone on purpose so I can buy him the latest one, what a twat.

I just kept thinking for an hour or two, just wishing Dan was different, but I feel as if a part of him was still here. Maybe I didn't get rid of everything?

I wanted nothing to do with Dan so why not get rid of every single trace of him, I got up walking towards the closet- which is a good place to start, right?- and placed my hand on the doorknob...

That's when I hear the doorbell ring, who the bloody hell can be here, now?!

I jog down the stairs and look through my peep hole, oh my god... no way...

It's PJ and Chris!! My best lads from college!!

I open the door quickly hugging and greeting them both

"How have you guys been??" I ramble, the words spewing from my mouth

"Great thanks, we just got back from our business trip to japan, you know PJ, he got us far with his smart noggin'" Chris smiles, wrapping his arms around PJ's shoulder

"Hehe, wouldn't have done it without your great business strategies" PJ blushes deeply.

"You guys are still so cute, can't believe you aren't dating!" I giggle, walking them in

" Actually..." PJ murmurs, scratching the back of his neck before Chris interrupts

"We're engaged actually, I mean we've know each other since high school and that trip brought us closer together!"

"Oh my god! Congratulations!" I cheer, hugging them both

"But enough about us, how is your love life with Dan?" PJ smirks.

I did text them about it  and told them everything except recent events...

"Well..." I sigh, filling them in on everything.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry! That doesn't seem like him, though? At Least based on what you have told us.." Chris sighs, rubbing my back

"I know, but I can't help to feel like he's still here. Like a part of him-"

"Maybe he left something here!" PJ cut off, sitting up straight his face beaming up like a lightbulb

"That's what I was thinking but I just don't know where to start.."

"We can help, can we stay the night and search tomorrow?"

"Yeah it'll be like a sleepover!" Chris jumps at PJ's remark

"Sure!!! That'd be awesome"

And so we ordered pizza and continued to gossip... we are such teen girls... and well, the hunt begins tomorrow...
