Luke's P.O.V.
I was walking into Phil's old building just sending messages from Brayden to him, the usual, when I see him strolling down the cubicles
Guess he downgraded
I thought as I saw Dan awkwardly squeezing by each lane
That's when I saw him holding a box of his belongings
Me, as the nosy shit I am, I go up to him to and snarl,
"So you're packing your shit up to leave? Damn, Phil didn't let you down so easy, ay?"
Dan glared at me before saying, "For your information- actually, where are you going?"
He tilted his head as he waited for my response
"Well I'm gonna go check up on Philly, see if he'll leave my hole gaping" I spat as I saw his face of disgust
He looked me up and down with sass before saying,
"Well, we're going the same way so let me walk you" He smiled sarcastically, toothy and all
It was an awkward walk as he hummed the whole way through. "Well we're here! Say your goodbye to Phil!!" I said cheekily slapping his back as he flinched. I chuckled and awaited his tears to be welling up in his eyes.
As he opened the door I saw Phil look at me and then Dan and then me again
I gave him the papers and stood back to watch Dan say goodbye.
"Well Luke, the thing is, Phil left my hole gaping last night" Dan winked as Phil wrapped his arms around his waist
I couldn't believe it... no way
"Wait? What?"
"You just needed to drop this off, be on your way now" Phil shooed me away and as I turned back I saw Dan kiss him with so much love
DAMNIT!
