Phil's P.O.V.
I woke up to a cold breeze hitting my face as goosebumps began to form all over my body
My eyes fluttered open only to find our balcony door open
I sat up and realized Dan was not beside me
My eyes widened in worry as I was frantically putting on pants and a shirt before seeing his silhouette leaning against the balcony rail, a rush of relief filled my heart as I got up and walked towards my boyfriend
"Hey babe? Why are you out here" he jumped at the sudden noise that must have interrupted his thoughts
"Oh god, Phil! You scared the living crap out of me!" He gasped, his hand on his chest.He giggled before hitting my shoulders softly.
"Sorry," I laughed, "so why are you out here?"
"I just wanted to see the view again-Can we go swimming?" He jumped in excitement after asking his sudden question    
I giggled and kissed him softly
"Of course we can, babe. Anything you want, love." he groaned at the nicknames I gave him, but soon enough he smiled and hugged me tightly
"Thank you, Phil. For everything, honestly, I'm very thankful. No one can ever love me the way you love me," his voice cracked towards the end, and I knew he was about to cry.
"Dan... We had our highs and our lows, but we made. After so many beautiful years, we made it, and I do not regret a single second of it."

We changed into our swimming trunks and headed to the little beach by our hut
