Nicola's P.O.V

None of us could sleep, as usual, but eventually we all crashed around 3 am. Maisie woke us up so we could all set up our computers and prepare to get some tickets.

We've gone every year they've come to America, even when they toured with One Direction. This year would be different. Every single one of us saved up allowances, birthday money, and for three of us who had jobs, hoping and praying we could snag closer seats. As much as we didn't mind being lawn or having somewhat obscured views for the boys, we did want this year to be the best. It's all about hearing their music live that we're in for either way. After all, this is the tour before they go off on a touring break, and we all (except Chris) head off to college.

"Okay guys, we have three minutes until nine," Christine says setting up the last computer, "As soon as the clocks turn nine, we click on first available seat for four, and we take the closest one. All ready?" She asks. All of us nod in agreement, and I snap my fingers in front of Sam's face to keep her from falling back asleep.

"What? Did I miss it?" She jolts, causing all of us to laugh.

"No you're good," I tell her, "We've got fifty-six seconds until show time!"

Hands ready, pointer fingers in position, eyes peeled open, and a slight sweat breaks on everyone's forehead.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One!

Everyone clicks as fast as they can, frantically typing and filling everything required by the website.

"Girls? Are you all up already? Did you want me to make breakfast?" My mom asks as she walks into the room unannounced.

"Mom, now is not a time for distraction! My third eye is opening, your disturbance can break the fragile walls of this capitalist world," Sam practically yells at our mom. She holds up her hands in defense, and a slight smile on her face.

"Whoa, okay, I'll be in the kitchen," and she walks out of the room.

Slowly, Christine looks over to Samantha, with an expression of pure amusement, "What the f*ck are you talking about?" She wonders out loud.

"Guys I think I got the best ones! Four available for section 2 row e!" Everyone squeals with excitement.

"That's the closest compared to mine, which were section 5!" Christine says.

"Well, hurry up and get them!" Maisie urges, "this website uses a timer and you only have a minute thirty left!"

As quickly as I can I fill everything else out, and close out the deal with four seconds to spare.

"Guys, we're seeing 5SOS, up close and personal!" I yell, and we all start jumping up and down and screaming like little girls. This concert couldn't come up any sooner.
