Michael's P.O.V

Tonight is one of the biggest shows of the American leg of the tour. Last year, it was packed to the brim and we hope it would be the same tonight. I was running around the dressing room with Luke and Calum, dancing like idiots, until Ashton came into the room, his eyes glued to his phone.

"Hey, what are you looking at?" I ask him looking over his shoulder.

"You boys have to look at this," He says and I look over to Calum and Luke, who seem just as confused as me.

We all gather around Ash, his screen displaying a video on his Twitter feed. He presses play, and it shows four girls playing our song acoustically outside of what looks like a concert venue, and they sound incredible.

Who were they?

"Wait," Calum squints, looking at the phone more closely, "isn't that right outside this venue?" He asks, and we all suddenly realize that he's right.

We just had an interview with the radio station that has a tent right next to where they're set up.

"Wow," I wonder aloud, "They sound really good," I continue. I look up to see Ashton smiling.

"I know right? They gathered a huge crowd," He said, Luke raising his eyebrows, agreeing with our opinions.

"How did you find them?" Calum asked, I wondered the same thing, knowing its hard to find stuff like that with the amount of followers we have tweeting at us.

"They're trending!" He said.

"They are?" Luke questioned, "Under what?" Ashton looks back down at his phone to double check.

"#ThreeFourthsAt5SOS," I step back.

"Three-Fourths? What's that?" I ask.

"It's the name of their band," Luke answers, "I just found their Twitter, and they have over 25,000 followers. A lot of people seem to like them," He trails off, continuing to look at their account.

As we continue talking, Zoe walks in the room and stops in front of the door.

"What are you boys looking at?" She asks.

"Zo, have you seen these girls?" Ashton asks, walking over to her.

"Oh them? Of course, I heard some of the fans talking about them outside. Speaking of which, I picked out the fan going on stage tonight. I think you guys will like her," She smiles, giving off a weird vibe as she does, "Would you look at the time? You guys go on in 5! Finish what you were doing and get ready to head out!"

Well, she's acting a bit strange.

Hey Violet run off stage, wishing us good luck as they go past us. We huddle together, say a few words and then break. The beginning of the show starts as Luke takes his guitar and strums the opening riff. As soon as the sound goes over the speakers, the crowd begins to cheer. We run out on stage, the audience gets louder as we take our places. As we walk to the front of the stage, I grab the mic, and yell into it.

"CHARLOTTE! ARE YOU READY?"

****

It's now nearly halfway through the show, and this crowd is just amazing. Not to mention, we are also sweating balls out here. Thank God I wore all black, no one can see just how f*cking sweaty I am.

"How ya feeling Charlotte?!" Ashton yells at the crowd, getting the usual screams as a response.

"We think it's time we meet a lucky one of you guys, and invite them to come up on stage with us! How does that sound?" Once again the crowd erupts with screams.

"Lucky fan come on out!" Luke yells, we look over to the side stage and see a girl close to our age walk out. I see Calum slightly eye her, an odd expression passes through his face. She walks up to us, looking excited and a bit nervous. We all set down our instruments, and gather closer together, with Ash coming down to meet with us.

"Hey lucky fan!" Luke says, "What's your name? Where are you from? How old are ya?" He talks super fast, like he's some sort of TV host. She laughs at him, as he sets the microphone in front of her.

"My name's Samantha, I am eighteen years old and I live here in Charlotte!" The audience roars as she responds.

I notice Calum still looking at her, as if he's trying to figure something out. I ignore it and look back to her, "What do you like to do in your free time?" I ask her as she happily responds.

"I sing and play a bit of guitar."

The crowd goes wild. "Oh so we have a fellow musician on stage with us. How about you play a little something for us?" Ashton asks her.

When this happens, it means the crew gives the fan a guitar and they pretend to play with a guitar solo recording.

"I'd love to!" She replies, walking over to the crew, and comes back with a guitar, and a cord attached to it. Why was that on there?

"What do you guys want me to play?" She asks, fully aware that the guitar is plugged in. I'm not the only one who notices, and Calum looks at her Guns N' Roses shirt.

"How about some Guns N' Roses since you're supporting them tonight?"

Is there any way this girl can actually play one of their songs, or even know one? No offense to her, but more often than not people wear band shirts just for the look. You never know what people actually listen to nowadays.

"Deal," she states confidently, "but only on one condition," we all look at each other quizzically.

"What's that?" Luke asks her, allowing a large smile to grow on her face, "You guys have to sing like Axl Rose. And I mean exactly like him," she laughs and I look over at the boys as Calum raises his eyebrow.

"It's a deal," Calum says and reached out his hand to her for a shake.

Samantha steps forward a bit as we all back away from her. She looks back at us and says into a mic that was given to her.

"If you guys know it, please feel free to play along with me." As she says this the crowd roars with applause again and without any warning she starts shredding the intro to Sweet Child O' Mine making us grow wide eyed and our jaws dropping a bit.

"Holy sh*t, I think I'm in love" Calum jokes out of hearing from the mic in his hand, making me laugh.

The crowd is going crazy as she's repeating the intro, and we all run to gather up our instruments. Ashton goes back up to his drums and begins helping her out.

Samantha keeps going, also singing along, causing the crowd to go absolutely nuts. When we finish, she bows, thanking the crowd for their support. Calum says into the mic.

"You said your name is Samantha right?" As she nods her head confirming, "You wouldn't happen to be from the band Three-Fourths that was playing outside earlier today would you?" He asks, causing a bunch of people to scream with excitement. She smiles and nods her head again.

"Yeah, that's me and my band."
