Questions and Answers

Nicola's P.O.V

The next weekend comes, sitting in Maisie's bonus room setting up to film the Q and A video. I've been collecting some of the best questions all week, and there has been some really interesting ones.

"Alrighty guys, all set up?" I ask, sitting on a pillow on the floor.

"Yup, we should all be in view...actually Chris could you move that pillow next to Nicola a bit closer to her? Yeah, that's perfect. Okay and Sam, sit right there on the couch, good. Now, I'll press record and we are ready start."

After pressing record on the camera, Maisie sits next to me on the floor and gets settled. All of the extra stuff will obviously be edited out by the Edit Master herself.

"Hey Guys!" we all say synchronized, "We're Three-Fourths, and we're here to answer your questions," Maisie says.

"First question," Maisie continues, "Peyton asks, who or what is you musical inspiration?"

We all gather our thoughts until I answer.

"I would say definitely the Beatles, obviously. The Kinks, Green Day, David Bowie...maybe even a bit of Lana Del Rey. Our sound has a bit of a beachy vibe with hints of indie and rock," I finish, getting agreeing nods from the others.

"Next question," Maisie says, "Where did you guys get the band name? I've been watching your videos since the dawn of time, but never understood the name, love you guys!" Maisie says, "Awh, we love you too!" She replies.

"Who asked that question?" Sam asks.

"Um... her name is Avery," Maisie replies.

"Avery," Sam continues, "Time? Time is but a social construct that was created by the bourgeoisie," we all roll our eyes at her and Christine replies to her weird comment.

"Seriously Sam, answer the fricken question, you're not Aristotle," and we all laugh.

"Okay in all honesty, the name started off as a joke. Nicola, Christine, and I are all of Hispanic roots and a bunch of other stuff. While Mais well...she's just very Scottish," All of us begin laughing again, "We started calling ourselves Three-Fourths, because 3 out of 4 of us are Hispanic, then we started the band and the name just seemed to stick! But it kinda describes ourselves pretty well, we really like it now because of how unique it is."

"Another question comes from Carson, and he asks are you guys going to any concerts soon?" Maisie asks.

"That's a great question," She answers, "we are actually going to be seeing 5SOS here in Charlotte on April 25th! We are super excited about it, especially since it's our third year in a row and we got some great seats."

"Next question is from Max, and he asks what Pokémon Go team are we on?"

Christine doesn't hesitate to answer and says, "Team Instinct because we're self depreciating meme lovers!"

We answer about twenty more questions before deciding we probably have enough footage for a good eight minute video. It will take Maisie a bit to edit and post the video, as we have been filming for almost an hour.

"Well, I guess it's time for me to set up shop and get cracking on this editing. It'll take me a while," She says as she sits down and places the memory card into her laptop.

I walk over to the piano in the corner and sit down on the bench, placing my hands on the keys.

"Been working on anything lately?" Christine asks, walking over to me.

"Yup, and you're going to love it."

About an hour and a half later, and my piano playing is done, Maisie finishes the video, posting it onto our channel. We hope we answered everyone's questions, and our bigger group of followers got to learn about us a bit more.
