Superimpose
Step 1:: Open up the frame in the add ons as your background and a solid color as the foreground. Put the color on multiply. Merge. The color is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! I personally don't like to color.

Step 2:: Add in the texture in the add ons, or one of your own. Also put that on multiply, and zoom it in. Merge when you like the way it looks. (Optional again)

Step 3:: Open up your png. Place it to where it sticks out of the frame. Merge.

Add a title, then you're done!
