Step 1:

Open up the image below as your background with the proper wattpad restraints and your png.

Step 2:
Place your png as desired and while merging, hit drop shadow and merge. Turn the opacity of the shadow all the way up and change the color to white. You can play with the blur of the shadow, but make sure it looks like your png has a white halo around it like mine does. Merge when you like the way it looks.

Step 3:
Open up the image below and put it on overlay. (I found it on we heart it.) Merge.

Step 4:
Open up the image below. Erase the white, then invert the color. Place it at the top of your cover. Merge, and drop the shadow to what I have. This step is optional, but I think it looks really cool.

Step 5:
Filter as desired and add a title and author and then you're done!
