Superimpose:

Step 1: open up the template below as the background and a colorful image of your choice as a foreground.

Step 2: put the colorful image on overlay, and mask out all of the color in the circle. It's really easy. Since it's on overlay, it doesn't matter if you touch the white. It should look something like this when you're done:

Step 3: open up the image of your person. It would look better if it the image fit the color of the colorful picture that you used for the little circles.
Fit your image in the circle and do the same as before, instead cut out all the space that isn't in the circle. Again, it's really easy to do and you can be messy.
