Superimpose:
Step 1: Open up a white background, then your PNG. Make the PNG black and white by turning the saturation down. Place the PNG at the top of the page, or until it's where you want it. Then hit merge.

Then, mask out the white background using the magic wand. Place it as desired on your PNG.

Picsart: Step 1: Open up a white 2:3 background and your PNG. If it isn't already black and white, then add a filter on it. The filters on picsart aren't that good, so I recommend polarr. Place the image as desired, then hit apply.
