We had left the café but not without one last argument. Payment. In the end, it was Max who threw $30 on the table and dragged me out of the place.
As of right now, we're sitting on a bench eating ice cream.
Which he also insisted to pay for. Boys are weird.
Luckily this time he wasted no time explaining his actions."I find you interesting"
I don't know if I'm supposed to find that pleasing or creepy."What's that supposed to mean?"
"I'm really not sure."
Not once through that whole, very short conversation did he make eye contact with me.
"So basically you don't know why you want to ruin my life? Beautiful."
"For the hundredth fucking time Lia, I'm not trying to ruin your life!"
I looked him in the eye and said nothing. I got up and walked to my car. Finally realizing I'm not getting an actual answer from him was annoying me and all I wanted was to get back to school.
"Where are you going" He shouted as he ran after me.
I quickly turned around making him stop in his tracks. Me not thinking straight didn't realize how close we were and immediately took a step back."To school, find a way back"
And then I continued to my car.
I expected him to argue or object but I heard nothing as I started driving. Then my conscience hit me.
Are you really going to make him walk to school?
I groaned. As much as the egotistical jerk deserved to walk, I wasn't the type to allow it. I went to where I last saw him walking and stopped driving.
My next sentence I will later regret."Get in."
He took no time jumping in and showing me his dumb smirk. Oh how I wish to wipe that off his face. I began driving again till I notice something."Seatbelt" I said while keeping my eyes on the road
"Excuse me." He sounded like he was amused by the thought of actually putting one on.
"You have to-"
My sentence was cut short by the arrogant bad boy himself."Princess, I drive a motorcycle. Last I checked they don't have seat belts and I'm fine."
I didn't say anything. I just knew I was gonna prove him wrong. So I found a somewhat empty road and when I was sure I had no car behind me. I slammed on the breaks. Sending that jerk off his seat.
I didn't bother looking at him. I heard to string of curse word he was spewing but best of all I heard the click of a seatbelt. I beamed at him and continued driving.

As we arrived back at school we both got out to return to class. Which I was late for. I started walking away when I was pulled back by my wrist. I was pushed against Max's chest, our noses inches apart. He slowly made his way down till he was by my ear."This is just the beginning baby"
With that he walked into school with a triumphant smirk.
Leaving me frozen in my spot.~~~~~~~
A/n okay so I admit not my best but I really needed to get this out of the way so I can get on with the exciting stuff. I tried.
