William's p.o.v

"I'm surprised you've actually started coming to school for a whole month. What happened? Did your drama teacher die? I know you kinda dislike that woman a little."

The remark came from none other than Eden who was in the same position just like the first time I ever came to school after five months of absence. I was putting my stuff in my locker when he said that.

I turned to face him once I had closed my messy locker which had only gotten messier as time passed.

"Nobody died sir, I assure you." I replied with a grin on my face.

"Then?" Eden asked so innocently that I nearly believed it.

"Ummn... You know that new girl? I think she stole my heart." I mumbled while looking elsewhere other than Eden's face.

Eden nearly burst put laughing at my confession but he decided to hold in.

"Really? I thought the word 'love' was never in your dictionary? As far as I'm aware, you despise love more than anything. Especially when it came to girls. Plus it's only been a month." Eden poked fun at me while silently interrogating me.

"I know that but I really don't know man. She's making me melt with her eyes," I answered although to be honest I didn't know how to answer the question.

All I knew was that Charlotte had shot an arrow through my heart and that I was floating in the air -feeling in love. I simply didn't know how to describe it.

It could be infatuation - that I'm lying to myself but honestly, I think that what I am feeling is love. The emotion I blocked out for women ever since my mother ran away to marry her cousin. Which is partly why I sleep with bitches.

They jump to one man to another in a few days. They're a bit easier to break off with unless they are clingy or they are those innocent girls who hasn't had their V-card been taken away.

Eden gave me a smile and patted my shoulder.

"Well good luck with love. But if love turns you into a different man I have never known before than hasta la vista love. I don't want love to change me." Eden paused to look at his watch before saying, "Well I gotta head to the gym and meet my jam there."

He waved goodbye and jogged away before I could even ask who his new jam was. Did he win Charlotte's sister's heart already? Well damn, he's the swiftest man I know who switches his girls.

I hope he doesn't break Charlotte's sister's heart or whatever her name is because he's known for that.

I shook my head and headed to the auditorium located which was connected to the swimming complex which was a big white rectangular box placed that only the swimming team uses.

Unless there was a swimming competition that is but the bleaches in there could barely fit the roughly around 500 students in college.
