Chapter 11| "OOH, CAN WE GET THESE?!" Amelia exclaimed pointing towards the shelves full of cereal.

"No." I stated shoving the trolley forwards. "You already have like six boxes at home."

"Some chocolate?" She gestured.

"What kind of monster do you think I am?!" I exclaimed. "You can't say 'no' to chocolate!"

"Damn, right!"

She reached over the trolley that she was currently sitting cross-legged in and grabbed four bars of Dairy Milk chocolate.

"Next!" She exclaimed throwing her hand upwards and pointing her finger into the air. Causing us to earn some strange looks from nearby strangers.

I just continued pushing the cart along the junk food aisle.

"Crisps, sweets, chocolate, cereal. I think that's it, I think we're done. To the Check Out!!"

"Nu-uh!" I exclaimed. "How could you forget the most important of them all, PRINGLES!"

"PRINGLES?!" she exclaimed.

"YES, PRINGLES!"

"TO THE PRINGLES!" she demanded. "Hurry, hurry, hurry!" She exclaimed.

"I'm going as fast as I can, woman!" We arrived at the Pringles, only to find that they had an offer.

The usually £2.99 Pringles were now all only £1. "Oh my gosh, yes!" We picked up two before proceeding to get some Chicken Nuggets and Chocolate Fingers, Popcorn and Twirl! Because how could we have possibly forgotten??!

"Now to the Check Point?" Amelia questioned hopefully.

I nodded and smiled. "Now to the Check Point." I spoke.

"Would you like a bag?" The cashier questioned. The two of us looked at each other before shaking our heads because we had our own bags, and didn't need to pay extra.

"Okay, then that'll be £23.57." Amelia opened her purse and began looking through it. Woah, how'd she have so much?

"Alright. Two twenties?" She asked and I shook my head.

"Too high." I whispered.

"Okay. Two tens?"

"Too low." I whispered.

"One twenty, one ten?" She suggested and I nodded.

"We could've done one twenty and one five." I muttered and her eyes lit up.

"Okay!" She exclaimed. "We'll do it your way." Then she took twenty pounds out of her purse and I fished out a fiver.

"Thank you, ladies." The cashier spoke. We nodded before grabbing our stuff and leaving.

"Let's go home and eat all of this." Amelia spoke. I playfully rolled my eyes before nudging her shoulder causing her to smile.

If you went food shopping(and had enough money) what would be top priority or number one on your list of things to buy?

Mine would be either Chicken Nuggets, Pringles or Chocolate Fingers :)

So healthy ahahahahaha.
