A whole week went by before Nick and Judy were allowed to take both infants home. Which didn't set very well with Nick. He thought they needed 'extra care and time' at the hospital. But if they were allowed home, there was no changing Judy's mind that she was taking them home.

The Wilde family had been home for one day, and the stress of being a parent already set in. It was two in the morning, and Nick and Judy were both awake, tending the wailing infants. Nick was having a bit of trouble with his son, being that he really didn't have any experience with children. At least not first hand. But Judy was a natural, it seemed all she needed to do was just to hold one of her children and their crying stopped instantly. At least that's how it worked most of the time. But it seemed that this night at home was a little harder then usual. They had changed their diapers, fed them, and did basically everything to try and calm the babies down. But nothing worked.
"Maybe we should drive them around again.....Harper's crying quieted a bit after that...." Nick said with a yawn as he slowly rocked his wailing son back and forth in the child swing in their living room.
"But that just scares Bruno...." Judy replied as she bounced Harper up and down gently in her arms.
"Maybe we should just—" Nick stood up off the couch to walk into the kitchen, but because the swing was so close, they had to relocate the coffee table. Which moved it closer to the couch. Nicks knee hit the table with a hard force before his collar turned yellow and he whimpered. Falling back onto the couch and groaning as he held his knee. And there, for a split second, all the crying from the children stopped. And there was a quiet, and very cute laugh from Harper.
Judy's eyes widened. "Nicholas. Do it again." Judy said quickly.
"Do what again?" Nick asked as he sat up.
"Hurt yourself." Judy replied.
"What! Why?"
"They stopped crying when you got hurt....just...do something!"
Nick looked around before taking a deep breath. He took a big step and purposely tripped over the coffee table, almost injuring himself in the process. But hearing the weak laughs from his children was enough for it not to hurt.
"Hurry. Let's lay them down now while they're distracted." Judy muttered as she picked Bruno up out of the swing, and quickly made her way into her bedroom, with both children in her arms.
Nick pushed himself up and shook his head. "Well I know what kinda kids I'm raising now." He said to himself with a small laugh as he made his way around the coffee table, down the hall, and too his and Judy's room.
The fox smiled softly at his wife laying both his children down in their shared crib gently.
He walked over to Judy and smiled warmly. He wrapped his arms around the short bunny and rest his chin on top her head. Making sure his collar wasn't hitting the back on her neck and head.
"You're a good mom, fluff..." Nick kissed Judy's head, between her ears.
"And you're a good rag-doll........" Judy said with a very small laugh. Trying to keep her voice down so the children could sleep.
Nick rolled his eyes playfully as he let go of the bunny. He walked backwards carefully until he landed on the bed with an 'huff' and from his huff, Bruno's small ears perked up and his small eyes jolted open. Causing him to cry softly. Judy groaned and picked him up.
Hearing her brother cry, caused Harper to cry.
"Here we go again......" Nick said under his breath with a slightly annoyed tone.

Months later, the kids were now the size of a newborn fox kit. Which was pretty small, but being that they were only six months old, they were the size of a two year old bunny. And for Nick, that was still VERY small.
Nick and Judy would pay a special baby sitter EXTRA to make sure she kept the kids a secret. Nick and Judy were fine without getting harassed by taking their children to a daycare. They had tried only once when both Nick and Judy had to work. They tried a predator only daycare, but they wouldn't take the kids because they were 'freaks', and at the prey only one, it was a miracle Nick could even step foot inside of there. But it was still a big fat no. So they had to pay a baby sitter.
But today was different, Nick has decided to take both children to Wild Times. Even though they weren't old enough to know where they are, Nick thought they should still see their fathers work. He assumed they'd like it. And he had a good feeling he wouldn't get harassed by anyone at the park about his children being interspecies, mostly being because he was the owner.
